After driving from Bristol we found a note on the door with a number to call for assistance. The man was not only un-accommodating but complained how busy and stressed with online orders he was. We were actual people standing outside their door and they wouldn't come down a few flights of stairs to sell us a jacket. Told us to drive back tomorrow....I think not.
