1 STAR Extremely…read moredisappointed with my experience at Louis Vuitton. I recently purchased a bottle of Imagination for almost $400. I have owned this exact same fragrance before, so I am very familiar with how it smells and how long it normally lasts. My previous bottle smelled amazing, lasted throughout the day, and I constantly received compliments when wearing it. This new bottle smells noticeably different, and the fragrance seems to disappear very quickly. I came into the Louis Vuitton store hoping they would listen to my concern, compare the fragrance, and help find a reasonable solution. I even asked to speak with management and personally spoke with TWO managers who were on site. Unfortunately, neither manager seemed willing to help me or offer any type of solution. I was basically told there was nothing they could do. That was probably the most disappointing part of the entire experience. When a customer spends almost $400 on a single bottle of fragrance and takes the time to come back to the store because something doesn't seem right, I would expect management to at least make a genuine effort to address the concern. Louis Vuitton presents itself as a luxury brand and charges luxury prices. In my opinion, the customer service I received was nowhere near the level I would expect from a company at this price point. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted someone to take my concern seriously and help determine why this bottle performs so differently from the same fragrance I previously purchased. Very disappointing experience, especially after speaking directly with two managers and leaving the store with absolutely no help or resolution.

I had to have my husband zip everything up , I had to Flag staff down to get different sizes that where not on the floor ( this seems to be a big problem) BUT most of all I am pretty sure the manager was beyond annoyed with helping me!!! I can not help it if they do not have my size out in the store. She acted as thou I was such an inconvenience... sorry for asking for help with sizes, I thought that was part of the job. Next time I will take my business else where... thanks for making my shopping experience awful and felt like I was such an inconvenience. I sure hope you can learn from this.

I was conveniently in the neighborhood and I entered the store where the staff immediately greeted us and offered drinks. I walked over to the men's boot section and Yousef, provided plenty of assistance. He explained many nuances about wearing boots, styling, and fit. We were able to try on multiple pairs and I ended up finding a pair I liked. I left feeling confident about wearing boots and I am more than happy with my new pair of Cartwrights. They cost around $375 so it's an investment but it has proven to be well worth for myself.

But really who goes to the mall for dressy clothes? I'd suggest a boutique shop for that sort of stuff. The staff is super helpful, even if you just say you're looking around. Prorsum is just spectacular, Christopher Bailey's vision of casual comfort is just luxurious. If there isn't something in the store they do offer to order it in for you so that's convenient. I know I've had to use that option when I wanted a nova check wallet that wasn't in season so they didn't have it stocked. The trench coats and some of the other pieces here will always be timeless and last forever if you take care of them well so if you are worried about prices, just think of how long you'll be able to use it! While certainly not an everyday shopping location, it is indeed worthy of an occasional splurge or spending spree for it's excellent quality and fashion.
