Unfortunately, the customer service at this location has been disappointing. During my visit this afternoon, I needed help finding a few items. Staff simply pointed me toward an aisle, but the products weren't there. There wasn't much effort to assist further or help locate them, which made the shopping experience frustrating. The selection is still excellent, and I'll continue shopping here because of the convenience. However, I'll likely stick to online ordering with curbside pickup since it's a much smoother experience than shopping in-store.

I generally don't drink dessert wine nor do I spend money on expensive bottles but I know Far Niente doesn't play around so I treated myself to this delicious rare find. It did not disappoint! I want to formally recognize your employee, M. Sammie, for delivering truly exceptional customer…read moreservice. My family and I stopped by to pick up a plant, and while we were checking out, she began talking with my daughter. My daughter mentioned she was excited because her birthday is tomorrow -- she's turning six. What M. Sammie did next was one of the most thoughtful and beautiful gestures I've ever seen from any customer service professional. She surprised my daughter with a bouquet of flowers. That moment made my daughter's entire day, and it meant a lot to our whole family. This is what top‑tier customer service looks like -- genuine kindness, connection, and going above and beyond without being asked. Employees like M. Sammie deserve recognition, appreciation, and honestly, a raise. She represented Trader Joe's with excellence, heart, and true care for customers. We are extremely grateful for her thoughtful service.

Even when you're browsing the aisles for a while, a team member will usually come by and ask if you need help finding anything, which I really appreciate. I also like how clearly everything is organized. One thing that stands out is the shelf tags that indicate which items are already chilled, making it easy to grab something cold and ready to go. It's a small detail, but it makes shopping a lot more convenient. Beyond the drinks, they actually carry a lot more than people might expect--snacks like chips, candy, and beef jerky, plus items like ice cream and other frozen foods. It really makes it easy to pick up everything you need in one stop. On this visit, Robert helped me at the register.
