Unfortunately, the customer service at this location has been disappointing. During my visit this afternoon, I needed help finding a few items. Staff simply pointed me toward an aisle, but the products weren't there. There wasn't much effort to assist further or help locate them, which made the shopping experience frustrating. The selection is still excellent, and I'll continue shopping here because of the convenience. However, I'll likely stick to online ordering with curbside pickup since it's a much smoother experience than shopping in-store.

Hospitality should be extended equally to every customer, regardless of their background. As someone who owns several restaurants, I understand the importance of treating every guest with respect, professionalism, and fairness.
