Unfortunately, the customer service at this location has been disappointing. During my visit this afternoon, I needed help finding a few items. Staff simply pointed me toward an aisle, but the products weren't there. There wasn't much effort to assist further or help locate them, which made the shopping experience frustrating. The selection is still excellent, and I'll continue shopping here because of the convenience. However, I'll likely stick to online ordering with curbside pickup since it's a much smoother experience than shopping in-store.

Even when you're browsing the aisles for a while, a team member will usually come by and ask if you need help finding anything, which I really appreciate. I also like how clearly everything is organized. One thing that stands out is the shelf tags that indicate which items are already chilled, making it easy to grab something cold and ready to go. It's a small detail, but it makes shopping a lot more convenient. Beyond the drinks, they actually carry a lot more than people might expect--snacks like chips, candy, and beef jerky, plus items like ice cream and other frozen foods. It really makes it easy to pick up everything you need in one stop. On this visit, Robert helped me at the register. He was very friendly, professional, and helpful, which made the checkout quick and pleasant. Overall, this location has great selection, helpful staff, and a consistently welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a go-to spot when I need to stock up.

I would not recommend this location based on my experience. I felt that I was treated differently…read morebecause of my race and appearance, which was both disappointing and concerning. Hospitality should be extended equally to every customer, regardless of their background. As someone who owns several restaurants, I understand the importance of treating every guest with respect, professionalism, and fairness. I hope corporate takes customer concerns like this seriously and reviews how guests are being treated, because no one should leave feeling judged or discriminated against.

Then, last week I got home and, in the garage, their cheap plastic bag broke and the wine splattered all over the garage floor. But then tonight was just unforgivable. I bought the same wine but different packaging for the same price they had inflated it to, and the bag broke AGAIN. But this time it didn't break, like previously. When I opened the bottle and drank it, I was disgusted. It must have been sitting on the shelf for a long time, because I still can't get rid of that acidic, bitter aftertaste in my mouth. I will not be going back there ever again. When I tried to call and complain, their number was invalid. Go figure.
