He had…read morewon 2 replays and $13 they paid out the replays and did not give him the $13 cash or apply it as credit to his purchase of more tickets. He let the cashier know and told him to recheck the ticket and the cashier grabbed the tickets away set them aside and shoo'd my dad away. Since my dad didn't want to make a scene he left but he told me and I recalled they shorted me when I went in to cash and replay my dad's tickets for him when he was too sick. I hadn't noticed they didn't pay out $6 cash so I just gave it to my dad out of my pocket and let it go as a mistake but it seems like they are making a habit of keeping people's winning. I've reported it to the California lotto and I hope they investigate and audit this place.
