AVOID AVOID AVOID Wish I could give 0 Stars they over charge everything DOUBLE the price Total wine has the same stuff for HALF the price We came to explain and the worker (some old grandpa) wasn't being reasonable and didn't want to help at all We got Clase Azul and paid 100 extra. Never coming back I hope everyone sees this and sees that they overcharge everything in the store So not worth it at all read more

2015 Challenge 007/100. My review is based on service and organization.I walked to purchase Lotto tickets and get a copy of the winning numbers for this past Tuesday. Not sure the man working there on the day shift was the owner or an employee,However who ever he is,he does not like his job.I walked in too purchase a $100 dollars worth of number for the mega drawing for Fridays drawing. I had asked him if he could print out the winning numbers from Tuesdays drawing and he pointed on the other side of the store, and he stated to me get them yourself. I was shocked, I wanted to say say something, however my maturity and my personal dealing with people kicked in.I went somewhere else. I don't really go to Liquor stores because of so many issues and different scenarios that go on with these types establishments .I would not Recommend. read more

Continental Liquor - Not a friendly store.I came into this location because of this sign. - Beer, Wine & Spirits Near Me - Northridge, California

The inside of the store is so nice with the new lights and they have a great selection of beer in their beer cave. The people working there are really nice and if I ever need to get a special kind of liquor they always make sure to take care of me. Best selection of liquor tequila and craft beer! read more

Love this place. They have a variety of drinks to choose and the owners are really sweet. They gave me a free drink after I paid.

I've been coming to this store everyday and the owner and his family treat me like family if they don't have what I'm looking for they will go out there way to get it! Great service read more

The guy seemed pretty chill. Went in there to buy a Hennessy bottle. Price was reasonable. $32 which is the same, if not cheaper than other big chains such as Albertsons or Vons. He threw in two samples of Vodka that were 100 proof. Which is why I give it 5 stars. Can't go wrong with getting 2 free samples of 100 proof alcohol! read more

Continental Liquor - Beer, Wine & Spirits Near Me - Northridge, California

They have every alcohol you can dream of and the kindest cashier I've ever met. I come here almost every weekend and they never disappoint and always welcome their customers with the best customer service that no other liquor store will provide in the san fernando valley--updated take it all back- the owner is extremely rude and doesn't know how to treat his customers, especially his customers that have been buying alcohol from him for the past 2 months, every single weekend. i thought i was supporting my community by coming here but guess they don't need it...how are you gonna start IDing someone 2 months after they've bought a couple of thousand dollars of alcohol from you..unbelievable read more

This is by far the best liquor store that I've been to in the valley, they have a really good selection of liquor and craft beer. They have wine from all over the world. They renovated the entire store and now it looks amazing on the inside and outside. They have a variety amount of snacks and drinks. They also have a really cool beer cave in there. Also looking at the previous reviews had me shocked but I know that there is a new owner there and you can ignore the previous reviews cause they don't describe the new owners. Their customer service was amazing and the workers their are really cool and nice people. 10/10 . read more

I just stopped in to grab an Arizona Ice Tea and after waiting 10 minutes (while the dick behind the counter was trying to make the guys in front of me buy a $10.00 lighter), he finally rings me up, I give him a $10.00 bill and he gives me $3.00 and change back. So, I tell him that he shorted me $5.00 and then he starts telling me "to go and get out of the store" and he knows "how people like me operate". Then he tells me to come back tomorrow to see Mr. John and he will review the surveillance tape and if he's wrong, "Mr. John will give me $20.00". "WTF? Ok, but your stupid ass only owes me $5.00, but whatever I'm already late, so FU"!! We'll see what happens tomorrow, but I will never step foot in this store again after I meet with Mr. John and I suggest that you go else where as well. ZERO stars for this P. O. S. store!! read more

It's funny how this place doesn't so my husband any liquor because he doesn't have a California ID he has a Mexican ID The funnier thing is that right across the street there's a 7-Eleven and we never had a problem with 7-Eleven because they do sell him liquor The owner at the liquor store I told my husband sorry can't sell you liquor because you have no California ID mind you the owner from the store didn't have one either when he came to this country just saying and pointing it out there read more

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My roommates and I live less than a mile from this place, so when we first moved in we thought we'd found an opportunity to support a small business rather than a big chain, like the 7-eleven, Albertsons, or Target in the immediate area. The first time we went SEEMED normal. My 23 year old boyfriend paid using his MA ID. Then he went back the same day to buy cigarettes, was carded, and told he couldn't buy them with a MA ID... so over to 7 Eleven he went. 1ST LOSS OF MONEY FOR YOUR BUSINESS. Our next experience was with my sister, 25 years of age. She paid and used her only form of ID, a CA DMV issued ID Card, since she doesn't have a license. Apparently this store doesn't accept these either. 2ND LOSS OF MONEY FOR YOUR BUSINESS. My last and final experience with this place was just the other night. I stopped in to buy a 6 pack of beer. Handed the cashier (who could not get off of his important phone call) my cash and my CA Driver's License, thinking there is no possible way I can be hassled. The cashier hands me back by driver's license and tells me I'm not 21. My DOB is 05/89, and I will be 22 in a month. Confused, I asked him to read it again, and do the math. He insisted still that I was only 20.......... After minutes of confusion and arguing, we turned to another customer in line, and older man, to clarify the age on my driver's license, which still didn't seem to be enough for the cashier WHO STILL COULD NOT END HIS CALL TO DO THE CORRECT MATH AND MAKE A SALE. It wasn't until I reached for my money and said I would be more than happy to make the transaction across the street that he quickly took my money and handed me my purchases. I REGRET HAVING MADE MY TRANSACTION HERE, I WISH I HAD WALKED OUT SOONER. TO THE BUSINESS OWNER: YOU JUST LOST YOURSELVES A NEIGHBORING HOUSE OF 5 YOUNG PROFESSIONALS OF LEGAL DRINKING AGE. WE WILL BE GIVING LOTS AND LOTS OF MONEY TO YOUR COMPETITORS ACROSS THE STREET AND DOWN THE ROAD. WITH A LITTLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, IT COULD HAVE BEEN YOURS. read more
