Inventory accuracy: The website sometimes says a bottle is in stock when it isn't (though staff always double-check backstock to be sure). 2. No special ordering: I wish they could special-order rare/specialty bottles upon request. 3. No fresh citrus: It'd be super convenient to buy fresh lemons/limes for cocktails right here instead of having to pop over to the Aldi next door. 4.
