Walking into Total Wine literally makes me feel like a kid in a candy store. The selection is massive-spirits, wine, beer, sake, plus a walk-in humidor and cooler. Everything is super organized with clear signs, and their app even guides you right down to the exact aisle and bay number. The staff is great about roaming the floor to offer help, and I love seeing the little employee pick/recommendation cards on the shelves. They also have sampling stations, wine tasting classes, and an in-store bottle chiller (though the chiller takes a bit, so grab from the cold section if you're in a rush!). A few minor gripes: 1. Inventory accuracy: The website sometimes says a bottle is in stock when it isn't (though staff always double-check backstock to be sure). 2. No special ordering: I wish they could special-order rare/specialty bottles upon request. 3. No fresh citrus: It'd be super convenient to buy fresh lemons/limes for cocktails right here instead of having to pop over to the Aldi next door. 4. Cell service: Phone reception gets super spotty and choppy toward the back of the store. Parking in the shared lot can also be a bit chaotic during peak hours. But overall, it's a spot I get giddy visiting and I always walk out with way more than I came for!

Staff simply pointed me toward an aisle, but the products weren't there. There wasn't much effort to assist further or help locate them, which made the shopping experience frustrating. The selection is still excellent, and I'll continue shopping here because of the convenience. However, I'll likely stick to online ordering with curbside pickup since it's a much smoother experience than shopping in-store.
