He "listens" to my concerns and is respectful, courteous, and friendly. He will go "outside of the box" to make sure I am happy and satisfied with both my car and my experience. When he says "How have you been?" he means it. Not just words, He gives me his cell number in case I have any questions or concerns once I leave the desk. He shows me how to do things on my cell phone pertaining to the new technology of having to sign/pay my bill and doesn't just say "You'll get a link." I've been going to him for every service since I bought my car. I highly recommend both him and Koons Tysons Toyota for service.

My recent experience leasing a 2026 bZ4X was deeply disappointing and, in my opinion, completely misleading. I test-drove the XLE FWD Plus model (rated for ~314 miles). But when it came time to sign, the paperwork had been switched to the base XLE FWD model (rated for only ~236 miles) to meet a monthly payment target. This crucial downgrade in specs was never verbally disclosed to me. I only realized what happened after taking the vehicle home. After a full charge, the range wouldn't go past 200 miles. When I returned to address this, the dealership refused to exchange the vehicle for the correct model. Instead, they offered cheap accessories like bug deflectors and mud flaps as "compensation" for giving me a completely different tier of car. I spoke with the Sales Relations Manager hoping for help. In my experience, the response was aggressive and dismissive. It felt like their priority was silencing my complaint rather than fixing their mistake. I am sharing this so no one else gets stuck with a vehicle that doesn't meet the specs they thought they were agreeing to. Please double-check your paperwork if you shop here!

At an $18,000 asking price, we expected the vehicle to be mechanically ready or at least for any known concerns to be disclosed prior to our visit. When we attempted to discuss pricing in light of the issue, we were told there would be no movement. The staff was professional, but the situation was disappointing given the time invested. Buyers should thoroughly inspect vehicles before making a purchase decision.

They specifically assured me that the car would pass Maryland state inspection despite the low tread depth on the tires, and they claimed I would easily get another 6,000-10,000 miles out of them. That turned out to be completely false. The vehicle failed inspection because of the tires, and I was forced to buy two new tires just to get it to pass. This was an unexpected and expensive surprise right after buying the car. It's clear they knew the tires were marginal at best and chose to lie to close the deal. Their priority is obviously making the sale, not being honest with customers. This kind of deceptive behavior is unacceptable. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!

When I spoke to his supervisor I advised them to check their security cameras. Now his story changed to recall talking to me but he didn't give me appointment. They can't provide me a loner car. So I had to change all the appointments that I have for the day. He wasted my time because of his incompetent and unprofessionalism behavior. I would definitely rethink to come back this location.

The staff here are friendly, and service is quick and efficient. I dropped off my car for a tire replacement, state inspections, and emissions testing around 8:30 AM and it was all done by lunchtime. The shuttle took me to and from my office. Kelvin was a friendly and helpful service advisor, and the shuttle driver was nice too. I like how on the report of services you need, they distinguish between things you urgently need and work that you should have done but isn't urgent. It's all very convenient, with availability by text, phone, and online. Very helpful for people who work during the day and can't stand by a phone waiting for a call that may not come for a while. And they're open Saturdays, with good long hours. That's very helpful too for those who work Monday-Friday. It may be more crowded on Saturdays, I can't say since I didn't go on a Saturday. The website to set up an appointment is a bit clunky as not all types of appointments are listed (they don't have tire replacement/repair, which I'd think is pretty common) but there's a box to explain in detail what your issue is, and the staff listen to you and talk to you when you arrive. As is typical of dealerships in this area, where space is at a premium and very expensive, the procedure to get in and out can be kind of tight, but it's better and more efficient than most around here so I can't really complain about that.

I arrived early in the morning, dropped the car off at 9 AM, and did not get my vehicle back until 4 PM -- a total of 7 hours for a seatbelt retractor replacement. The most frustrating part was not even the repair time itself, but the complete lack of communication and consideration for the customer's time. I rearranged my entire day around the appointment, woke up early, prepared everything ahead of time, and lost an entire workday waiting around with almost no updates. Even basic customer amenities were disappointing. The coffee machines were not working, there was no hot water available, and the waiting experience overall felt extremely neglected. To be fair, the seatbelt issue itself appears to have been fixed properly, and I appreciate that it was covered under warranty. However, the service experience and time management were far below what I would expect from a major Honda dealership. Customers understand delays can happen. What is difficult to accept is being quoted 3 hours and ending up waiting 7 hours with minimal communication. Another disappointing detail was that the newly installed seatbelt hardware does not even visually match the original side. The passenger side components are black, while the newly installed driver side pieces are silver, making the interior look mismatched and inconsistent. On a nearly new vehicle, this immediately stands out and takes away from the factory appearance of the interior.

The deal they offered was so incredible that I traveled all the way from New Jersey by Amtrak to Virginia. I'll admit, I was skeptical at first because many dealerships pull bait-and-switch tactics. But not here. Saleam (Sales), Sait (Sales Manager), and Isabella (Finance) all confirmed the deal ahead of time and honored exactly what was promised. When I arrived just after opening at 9 AM, Sales was still in a meeting, but I was greeted respectfully right at the door. Saleam was paged, and the process began immediately. She welcomed me warmly, gave me a brief tour of the dealership--including the much-needed coffee lounge--and handled all the paperwork, insurance details, and my Costco rebate flawlessly. Sales Manager Sait was exceptional. He thanked me personally for my business -- something I've never experienced from a sales manager at any dealership in the past. He even told me to call him anytime if I had questions or concerns. That level of care is rare. My experience was elevated even further by Finance Manager Isabella. Her energy was absolutely to the moon. She helped close the best deal I could find anywhere in the NY/NJ/CT tri-state area and the entire DMV region. She offered an unbeatable protection package at a discount, covering dents and mileage, and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. She also respected my time, wrapping up the paperwork quickly since she knew I had a four-hour trip back home. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. If you're reading this review, do yourself a favor and consider Koons GMC in Vienna. I would happily send any of my friends, family, or colleagues here. They've earned a lifelong customer.
