The finance process was quick and straightforward. Great Mercedes-Benz dealer (this is my fourth MB dealer).

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the experience my family had at Mercedes Benz of…read moreWestmont. My mother and sister went in for a simple service appointment while I was on FaceTime with them. The associate helping them, Rob, was completely dismissive and not understanding anything they were trying to explain regarding the vehicle's warranty. My mother and sister told him multiple times that the car has a warranty, but he kept denying it and insisting that they didn't. At one point he even tried to claim that we bought the warranty from the previous owner in 2021. That doesn't even make sense considering the car is a 2022 and we have not even owned the vehicle for nine months when we took it off the lot from a dealership not the old owner. It honestly felt like he was trying to confuse the situation rather than help resolve it. While my mother and sister stepped out of the room to grab the warranty paperwork, my sister accidentally left the phone in the room while I was still on FaceTime. During that time I overheard Rob speaking to another employee and being extremely disrespectful about my family. The things he said were so inappropriate and offensive that, as a woman, I wouldn't even repeat those words. I immediately told my mom what I heard. When my sister confronted Rob about it, he denied everything even though it was obvious he knew exactly what he had said. She then spoke to the manager, Justin, hoping the situation would be taken seriously. Instead, he defended Rob and basically made it seem like we were lying and that it was our word against his. My family went there for a service on a vehicle, not to be disrespected or treated like a problem. The behavior from this associate was extremely unprofessional and honestly makes it seem like he either has no idea what he is talking about or tries to mislead customers when it comes to warranties and services on top of the disrespect. Management really needs to start paying attention to how their employees treat customers. After reading other reviews, it seems like multiple people have had issues with Rob before, yet nothing is being done. Experiences like this are unacceptable and completely ruin the trust customers should have when bringing their vehicle. A employee like Rob should not be representing such a sophisticated company like Mercedes Benz!!

Ryan really came through with working with me after every other dealer I spoke to just ignored me completely. I emailed and even test drove quite a few Mercs and the sales ppl didn't give a sh*t about anything I had to say. Most of their responses after i asked if the price was flexible,"well if you could afford this car a few grand wouldn't matter"... really??? Ryan, was the complete opposite. He was determined to make a deal and he was so nice and cool about everything. They treated me like my friends do, but in a professional and courteous way. After test driving the vehicle I decided to go ahead with it and we had already come to an agreement on the numbers prior so that was that. Got my whip two days later since the bank was closed over the weekend and i can safely say in the future when I'm looking at a Ferrari, I'll be coming here.

The car happens to be at INFINITI of Clarendon Hill. The problem is, I live in CA. Yep, you can possibly imagine the complications. No, I have to work, won't do the travel to see the car. I am so glad I talk to Abdou Ali, who is kind, patience and supportive through the whole process. Oh, the man is fun to chat with as well. The team people, like Jake the financial manager, the dealer manager are also great, everyone operates with such a result driven mindset that being in luxury commercial sale business myself, I have to give my respect - Thank you! The whole process (took 3 weeks - would be faster if not because of me). Imagine this, I did not get to see the car until today when it arrives and I am very happy! I have been guided, supported through and through. Infiniti of Clarendon Hills operates as a team, in which I think it is ready for the future, buying a car should not be complicated, people in this dealer can get things done. In contrast, if only my local INFINITI dealers, 1 of them is only a mile away from my house, are half this good; I dont think I have to be that jealous with Clarendon Hills peeps. Thank you Abdou Ali, u guys rock!

It turned out to be a failed turbo that needed to be completely replaced. 1.5 months after purchasing this vehicle from Infiniti of Clarendon Hills, it is back in the shop AGAIN due to the check engine light. Metal shavings were found in the engine, and the vehicle might need an engine rebuild or a full replacement. Infiniti sold me a piece of crap. Talk about a shady business! WARNING: If you are considering buying a used car from this dealership, do so at your own risk. An extended warranty won't change the fact that you could end up dealing with major mechanical failures immediately after purchase.

I took my Toyota Tundra truck for a oil change to McGrath Lexus and the mechanic crush my car. The…read moreexplanation was that he didn't realized how long the truck was and crushed inside one of the pillars. The interesting part was that it was crushed at the middle of the car not the end. They offered it to fix it but they not able to give me a vehicle which I can tow. I use the truck to tow trailers and because of this I had to take the truck to South Carolina crashed because I was scheduled to travel with the trailer. After I come back and dropped off the vehicle to be fixed and asked them to give me a bigger vehicle because I had to drive to New York and bring back 3 kid athletes from a training center with their luggages and I needed the room. They give their biggest SUV which unfortunately did not fit all the passengers with the luggages I had to put one of the kid on a airplane to come back to Chicago. I have pictures to show that the vehicle was loaded with luggages until the roof. If I would have my in vehicle we would not have to be buy an extra airplane ticket and put one of the kids on the plane. Unfortunately because the week later I had another trip pulling the trailer I had no choice to do it another time so I can have my truck fixed later. When I told the service manager my inconvenience and asked if he could do me anything to make me feel better for all the inconvenience he said we don't do nothing. I asked him for an extra car wash or he could feel up my gas tank but he rudely said we don't do anything that fix your car. I wish I would call police when the incident happened and report it but I was nice and I can't believe that a dealer like them can't even fill up my gas tank for crushing my truck and put me through a lots of inconvenience which I didn't even mention. I also address the manager that this is my first expensive car I ever owned and we bought this one because the car had no previous crash history. Well also added that meant a lot to us specially that I am a retailer worker and my husband is disabled so we make a lots of sacrifices to own a expensive vehicle. Well I am 50 years old women and I can manage to travel with the truck pulling a 12 foot trailer and their mechanic couldn't make it into the shop. At least the mechanic should apologize and come up with better excuse that didn't know how long is the truck.
