These people are miracle workers! We had a leak of unknown origin that was impacting water pressure for a few weeks at our property in unincorporated Healdsburg. In one single day, Luciani's team came and troubleshooted the problem and sent a team immediately with a truck and the right equipment to pull the pipes for the well (which was 190 feet underground) and they discovered a large hole in a connector pipe and a pump needing replacement. They stayed all day until the work was done and water was back working with restored water pressure. I highly recommend this company for all your well repair needs. We have a small vineyard with a well and pump installed years ago by Luciani. Not only are they always available to help with our well pump but they go above and beyond even that. We recently built a home on our property and had a horrible experience with the out of area plumber our contractor hired. Luciani came the day we called for help with our brand new lift station. They worked with the manufacturer to solve the problem as much as possible within the warranty. They were patient while trying to sort out the problem and made many trips out to our property. At this point worst experience I've had with a well pump company! Mainly because of Bob the owner was extremely rude and very unprofessional when I had a concern about getting a bill that should have been covered under a part warranty. I was told by Christy over the phone and then staller when he came out that if the well was shutting off because of the control module that they just installed a couple months prior it would be covered by warranty. But Bob got on the phone and in a extremely rude manner and asked what do you want me to do about it I said well cover it under warranty and then he proceeded to say he's been in this business for 40 some-odd years and that because you have an old tank and it's probably waterlogged that caused the control box to fail! But as I stuck up for myself because I know enough about pump systems to do maintenance so my older galvanized tank wouldn't get waterlogged and I told him that I recently just did that and that was also done a couple months prior when his guys came out and fixed the system that is not the case. At that point Bob began to cuss and complained about his installers coming out on free time to fix their work, then told me don't call them and never do business with him again! Upside is dealing with the older gentleman that was the installer was a good experience he showed up quickly after calling but did have to come back out and fix a leak that they caused by fixing the leak and adjusting the pressure switch because they did adjust it differently than factory spec settings the first time I called them out. But all this did start out with just a leak in the pump line. Which the system worked fine before and work fine after up until the new control box capacitor that they installed went bad? And the only reason they talked me into replacing that electrical control box in the first place was because it did have some corrosion on it and we're very insistent on it needing to be replaced. All of that so far which really was just the control box and fixing a leak has cost me over $1,000 :( read more

I can't say enough positive things about Bob and Luciani Pump Co. Our property in Healdsburg has had continual problems with our well and pump system over the past 8-10 years. We are not technically saavy about these things and find the equipment to be very complex. Problems range from power outages causing interruptions to the pumping system to rodents eating through the wires. We also had problems with other companies not installing things properly. In every instance, Luciani's has responded to our every call for assistance. They are always willing to send someone out in a timely manner and all the staff we have interacted with are competent and professional. Bob often will be able to troubleshoot and walk us through a solution on the phone. I would recommend this company highly. In my opinion, you can't get more qualified service anywhere. The office staff are also very friendly and helpful. They deserve more than the 5 star rating. read more
