Bob the mechanic was very helpful and reasonable with his prices, Bob called other auto shops and asked for prices because he wanted me to have a fair deal. I'm no car tech but the part I needed was pricey! Other car shops wanted $250 just for the part alone, Bob only charged me $130 for the part. He even replaced my rotors/pads with new ones! Everything ended up costing me $180! He'll work with you in this tough economy. Not only that, while I was waiting for the repairs bob offered me food and a drink! No mechanic has ever did that for me. By him doing that it gave me hope for humanity and I was moved to write about it, good mechanics are still out there and it gives me hope.

If I hadn't been home looking out the front door, Daley's Big Brother State was ready to zap me. Already I'd gone to a car dealer and another auto shop to try to fix the stripped screw and washer, likely damaged by a machine. It looked impossible. Over and over, I was advised to have two holes drilled into the auto's body to affix the plate on the back. There had to be a better plan. The guys at this small shop came out, made the same suggestion and when I balked came up with a Plan B. Within a few minutes, this team took the ball and scored a major touchdown in my eyes. License plate on. No newly drilled holes. All for twenty bucks. Can't beat the price or their concern with what this customer needed. Truly appreciated. Thank you.
