He was animated, fun, and had a great personality without ever being overbearing. He was attentive throughout the meal, knew the menu well, and added a lot to the experience. The food was more hit or miss. I ordered the filet mignon, and for the price, I was disappointed. I asked for medium rare, and while the very center was somewhere between medium rare and medium, much of the outer portion was closer to medium well or even well done. It was a thick cut, but the temperature just wasn't consistent throughout the steak, and at this price point I expected the cookery to be much more precise. There were some definite highlights. The butternut squash soup was delicious, filling, and a really nice addition to the fall menu. I also enjoyed the Brussels sprouts. They were nicely roasted and had good flavor. With Calabrian chili listed in the description, I expected at least a little heat, but I didn't find them spicy at all. The interior was fine but didn't particularly stand out to me, with the exception of the doors hanging from the ceiling, which was certainly an interesting and memorable design choice.

Love they have fresh ingredients from on-site partner. Was a little disappointed with the pizza. Got a classic Margherita and crust was charred black. Friends seemed to enjoy drinks. Overall would give another try, but not running back.

The garlic olive chicken with steamed veggies was very good. Do not do get the Alfredo version. Our other entree was the Pasta Trio as we wanted to sample different things. I would say some BIG misses. I am not sure what their "lasagna" is but it isn't lasagna. It had no pasta and was FULL of a tomato sauce. There is NO tomato sauce in lasagna. Bolognese, 7-8 pasta sheets and béchamel. Simple The Alfredo was lacked flavor and salt. You need great parm to pull it off. The fried raviolis were not crisp and also flavorless . It's as if they got steamed sitting in a tray under a heat lamp. Overall a disappointment

The red dipping sauce was great and we liked the cheese sticks and onion rings though, they were crispy and the batter was well seasoned and not over the top salty. I ordered a chicken piccata but they seem to have forgotten the sauce? The waitress took it back to the kitchen and had sauce added and it did taste good once it was. The chicken was kind of mooshy on the outside and tough on the inside ... wouldn't order again. My husband ordered lobster ravioli and he liked it! He had shrimp added but said he would pick salmon next time as the shrimp was a bit tough. The kids had chicken tenders and fries and a spaghetti meatball. Spaghetti was a hit. Chicken was fine but the fries were sort of stale tasting with a weird texture maybe freezer burned? Not sure. In laws had a special steak medallion dinner and liked it. They said their martinis were not made correctly. I tried a gin and limoncello drink I forget the name of but it was not very good and I didnt like my husbands either I think we just weren't fans of their limoncello. We finished by trying tiramisu and chocolate cake. The chocolate cake was fudgey and rich. Too much for me but a hit with the kids and my husband. I usually love tiramisu but this one was not for me unfortunately. It was super wet and had a strong alcohol and vanilla taste but not as much espresso taste. Very thick cream. Very rich. We do not plan to go again but if someone else asked to meet there we wouldnt make a fuss. The decorations inside were very cute. I think sitting out on their patio would be nice too.

For drinks, we started with a Pineapple Jalapeno Mule and a Coconut Mule while waiting for our food. For our Happy Hour food options, we chose the Boursin Mushrooms (see picture), Nachos with Beef (see picture) and BBQ Shrimp Kabob (see picture). While the Mushrooms and BBQ Shrimp Kabob were worthy of 5* ratings (both were fantastic and highly recommended), the Nachos were average at best - as the chips tasted like a cheap no-label variety and the beef had little taste. We finished our meal with a couple of sweeter martinis (see picture) at the bar. We have been impressed with the drinks and bartenders during each of our visits and tonight was no different - both martinis were delicious!

Retro railroad memorabilia, original framed posters, model train cars, and signs, all in a casual atmosphere... You'll be at home here in a three piece suit or jeans and a t shirt. Always great food and friendly staff...! Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner... This is one of my favorite places to take people when they are in for work from out of town... Or to recommend to them to check out if the are staying in the general area... Our most recent lunch visit was a party to six. Three of us were local and the others were from our St Louis and Atlanta offices. Not long ago I recommended Club Car to some visitors we had in from Virginia. Not only did they love their first dinner experience there... They went back for dinner there every night they were in town . I'd given them an extensive list of local places to try. Broken down by location, cuisine type, price, etc... They didn't see a reason to check any of the other places out. It was cenvenient and easy to get to from their hotel. They loved the environment and the service they got... They were content to keep going back and explore their entire menu while they were here in the metro. Irina's recently took their boursin mushrooms off their menu. I love this dish and have been wanting to try them a Club Car. I had my chance on this latest trip. My manager and I split and order. They didn't disappoint. Very good! On this recent stop I had the Cajun Seafood Pasta. My manager had the Beef Stroganoff. Others at the table had the Pastrami Reuben the Rarebit Burger, a Patty Melt, and one of the flatbreads. Everyone enjoyed their meals! Our server on this visit was fantastic from start to finish! They always are though... A taller bald gentleman with a gray goatee. Isiah maybe? Took care of us well from start to finish. None of our glasses ever hit empty. He was attentive without hovering. I'm not sure Club Car has been around long enough to exactly call it a classic (opened in 1996), but it's certainly a staple, and one of my go tos, on the West side of town!

Although the hotel offers an evening meal, we decided we wanted something different and ordered takeout from Dolce, conveniently located right across the parking lot. The location could not have been easier. After thousands of miles on the road, the ability to walk across the lot and pick up dinner was definitely appreciated. The restaurant itself looked very inviting. From what I could see while picking up the order, the décor was modern, comfortable, and pleasant. It seemed like a nice place to sit down and enjoy a meal. The bartender who helped me with the pickup was also exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made a very positive first impression. As for the food, it was unfortunately a bit underwhelming. We ordered polenta with meatballs and a salad. The polenta was okay, and the meatballs were a good size, but overall the dish felt somewhat bland and lacking flavor. Nothing was bad, but nothing really stood out either. The portions were also surprisingly small. The takeout containers were only partially filled, making the meal feel a little light for the price. The salad was probably the biggest disappointment. It felt like very little attention had gone into it: mostly greens with a few toppings and some mozzarella. It wasn't terrible, just uninspired and forgettable. One detail that may seem minor but was actually appreciated was the quality of the takeout packaging and utensils. Everything was packed neatly, and the utensils were sturdy and well chosen, which made eating back at the hotel easier. Overall, Dolce left us with mixed feelings. The people were kind, the location was incredibly convenient, and the restaurant itself appeared attractive and comfortable. Unfortunately, the food simply did not live up to the same standard. It served its purpose on the last night of a long road trip, but it was not a meal we are likely to remember long after the journey itself. Oh, I ended grabbing a bite at the hotel, I was still hungry
