We visited this strip mall pizzeria/restaurant on a Saturday. We had a 5 o'clock reservation but still had to wait about 20 minutes (maybe a little more) to get seated. The place was packed. We brought a couple of bottles of wine, which was nice since it's BYOB. It took another 10-15 minutes for them to take our orders and about 30 minutes after that to receive our appetizers, but honestly, it was all worth it. We tried several appetizers, including fried calamari, eggplant rollatini, and clams casino. For our mains, we had burrata ravioli, lasagna, and veal Parmesan. Dessert was cheesecake & tiramisu. Everything was excellent. I'd give them a 4.5 if that was an option.

Chicken Ciambotta was amazing

Local gem, great food , good ambiance not to noisy, very family friendly. Service was quick and good. This place will be 5 if they had alcohol. They have a liquor store next door and that helps but I'm just not a fan of byob. Also they took us without reservations on Mother's Day. Chicken cambiota was a great dish

Classic strip mall Italian joint! BYOB, with a liquor store right next door. Service was prompt and very friendly! They were able to accommodate a group of 4 on a weekend without a reservation. Generous portions ranging approx $20-$30 per entree.

"Agrodolce" Shrimp & Calamari (For 2)

Lubranos always hits home for me. I can always know that any pasta on the menu will be delicious. Service was slightly slower on a Wednesday night, but I think it's because of the larger group. Very much a family and homey interior, is not too spacious so feels very good. Highly recommend the agrdolce.

My family has been going to Lubrano's for many years and it's become a staple for us to gather together. We've had tons of celebrations here and love Lubrano's for the warm ambiance, friendly attentive service, and delicious food. Some of my favorites are the sautéed escarole (the nuts, raisins, and capers add so much flavor), Agrodolce Shrimp & Calamari (A MUST ORDER. One of my favorite appetizers ever! That sweet and sour balsamic sauce is incredible), and the lobster ravioli (so creamy and decadent). I've tried a bunch of other dishes and everything has been tasty and filling. It's located in an unassuming strip mall right off the highway, but don't let that fool you - the food speaks for itself.

A normal cheese pizza, not margherita.

Ordered a margherita pizza and this is what I got. Mind you, their website says this for their description "Pizza made with the utmost attention to the details of Old school Neapolitan pizza making. Fresh homemade dough, sauce made with imported Italian tomatoes, fresh basil and homemade fresh wet mozzarella." Does this look "traditional" or "Neapolitan" to you? I called them because it was so bad that I was sure there was a mistake but nope, when I went to pick up the replacement it was the EXACT SAME. Why even have this on the menu? How often do people ask if this is the correct order? Here's an update to reply to the extremely rude owner: Yes, I received two because you told me to take it. I told you that if this was what it was supposed to be then you could keep it, but you insisted. Yes I tried it, it was average at best. You charged me $4 extra for a glorified cheese pizza. How about you spend your time making sure that your menu is clear instead of leaving rude replies to your yelp reviews? If I'd have known this is what I'd be getting I'd have gone to Rella's or Squan Tavern and after this reply, I'll never be giving you my money again. Thank you!

Good food, huge portions, reasonable prices. Veal parm was good but calamari was mediocre.

The best veal parmigiana around. Plus, the hot bread (which they bake themselves) before the meal is very tasty.

This wine bar is way too cute for its own good. My friend and I split the Truffle Fries and the Cheese and Bread Charcuterie Board -- I always finish my food and I could not finish this. Make sure you have 3 people to tackle it. Like another patron said, this place is intimate and loud at the same time. They only have one bottle menu somehow in 2025, so you might have to wait a little to see it. Just saying. I think they only had 2 people working somehow, but we didn't have to wait egregiously for anything. Overall, highly recommend!

I literally said to myself as I drove around Somerville that I wish there was a wine or cocktail bar for...mature people like myself to chill at. So I looked up wine bars and boom - VintEdge was right down the street. I came in around 9pm, picked a comfy seat by the window, and ordered. Can you believe I had never had an espresso martini until that evening?? So my first was a pumpkin espresso martini. Well I may have had 2. And another drink. Ahem. The service was great, not fussy, and I wasn't rushed even as we approached last call. Visit 2: having heard about my great experience there alone, my cousin arranged to meet me there last week. Or so she thought. Through a series of mutual miscommunications, I was here at the crib waiting for her, while she was at the wine bar waiting for me. Once we figured that out, she got us some food to go and we ate here at home. Verdict: -excellent seating options - stools, couches, chairs -food is so so good. Tartare, truffle fries. Fig jam pizza -drinks include awesome bottles and seasonal takes on old favorites This could be my new spot.
