He lied to us and told us the new engine had a warranty yet he never provided the name of the company and no paperwork ever came in the mail. When he finally installed an engine he claimed was a new Kia engine, the engine lasted for 3 weeks before the car broke down again. On the repair invoice, he put the wrong VIN # and misspelled my name on purpose, he also always insisted on being paid in cash so there was no electronic trail of his illegal doings. The emotional and financial trauma we experienced as a result of dealing with this poor excuse for a human being was unimaginable. I firmly believe that what goes around comes around, Henry will surely get what's coming to him sooner or later.

Just prior to my husband's passing, he noticed a tire pressure warning light but he was unable to fix it or get to Fuerst for help. Today I drove our car for the first time since my husband died. I drove to Fuerst and with my cane hobbled to the front door to find that it was closed. As I got into my car to leave, Mike came out the front door to ask what kind of help I needed. I was in tears due to circumstances, apologized and explained. Mike offered condolences and even though they were closed, he told me to pull up and he would check my tires. Mike was so gracious, patient and kind. He properly inflated all 4 tires and said if the warning light returns to come back on Monday. As a family owned business, Fuerst Automotive continues to prove how much it values its customers and cares about the community. Mike is a prime example of that excellence.
