Worst car wash & interior clean I've ever experienced. Interior was not clean. Did not realize…read moretill I pulled away that no windows were cleaned, floor mats were so wet that there were puddles on them. Guy who dried the exterior did a horrible job. No door jams were wiped/dried, windshield under wipers were not wiped off, did not open hatch on my suv to dry inside the rear hatch sill. Overall could not be more disappointed and especially with respect to the price. $53 was not well spend.

I went there today, a Friday morning, when it was not busy at all. I sat and waited for 25 mins to…read moreget an oil change. There was someone in the booth, but I could tell they were not just starting the process. No one ever greeted me or set an expectation. In fact, one of the guys mid service walked by me and lit a cigarette and kept walking. Towards the end of the service of the other car, the owner of the place pulled up behind me and waved over one guys. The other car was in the payment process. Again, walked right past me never said anything. The owner gave him some instructions to do something (later I drove by and I saw them cleaning his car). I left at that point and went next door and got an oil change in 10 mins. Fast forward 30 mins, I went back because my initial intention was to get a car wash and oil change. I pulled back into their location. Waited another 5 minutes behind a car that was getting vacuumed. Both the kids saw me, and never approached or even signaled. I don't blame the employees. I blame the owner. He clearly doesn't have a customer centric mindset or environment. I say this because he had zero issue with pausing his operation to address his own needs of washing his black Mercedes. I am a local resident and typically have a great deal patience; however, this place is poorly run and would not recommend it to anyone. Please don't try and make up to me with a coupon, or something to that effect. If you do anything, change your customer service policies and set an example.

I took my sons car to these people 3 years ago. I told them do anything and everything to the car…read moreto make it safe and serviced for my son who will be traveling to California with it. They replaced all 4 shocks, timing belt, tires, oil change, and brake pads and rotors. Two days later our son followed us with his car for the 2000 mile trip. The 2nd day on the road my son complained of a bad vibration up front. We were in the middle of nowhere. I pushed on the car and noticed it clunked. We nursed the car to a truck stop and the mechanic on duty determined that the brand new strut bolts were NEVER TIGHTENED on top and had started coming loose. This shook the car badly enough he had lost a hub cap. Bolts torqued down...we paid up and went on our way. I drove his car this time ...noticed a VIBRATION from the front. At the next stop we determined our brand new tires were OUT OF ROUND...ALL OF THEM! A call from Oklahoma to Auburn revealed what he had represented as tires from a wreck that were barely used were in fact RECALLED TIRES. The owner told us to return them for a refund...when we hauled them all the way back from Ca.! When I spent 2 hours getting a quote to ship them back rather than haul in our car because they smelled toxic in a heated car, so the owner said throw them away and he'd pay us when we got back. He did refund the tire money, but nothing for the risk of continuing to Ca. from Ok on them and the time lost and aggravation. Skip ahead 3 years...There are no potholes or bumps in roads in Ca...but somehow all the new struts are worn out and caused the expensive replacement tires we bought out there to be ruined from cupping.( caused by lack of down pressure from the strut ). This was brought to his attention by the shop that has just repaired everything....again. My son brought the car in because the front brake on one side was GRINDING. It turns out one side was normal brake wear and the other side was trashed...metal on metal. My son drives 15 minutes to work each day. He does not hot rod and drives very defensively. He is not a car mechanic but knows how to check tire pressure and oil. He was defenseless against the continuing failures that has just cost him $2000.00 in repairs...all which should have lasted a long time out there. Two years ago I bought a used lawn tractor from one of their employees from their front door. The engine ended up having a problem with the carburetor linkage and governor that controls engine speed. I bit the bullet and took it to a lawnmower repair mechanic and after he couldn't figure it out to a john deere dealer ..who said it's a complicated problem and will cost hundreds more to try and fix it. I just threw away $200 trying to get it to run right. Today I found out this Auburn shop also had employed a REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER as a mechanic recently. We discovered this on the local sheriff website. This is a side note for everyone. I AM LIVID!!! I can live with the $1100 loss on the mower. 3 years after the car work I doubt there's any recourse for my son....except for us to let you know what happened to my son and the continued problems and expense he's endured as a result of trusting these people. DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE AND DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE. You'll likely be sorry.
