They stayed about a half an hour after their scheduled closing time to complete the job and I was completely satisfied with their work. Good pricing (which they completely reviewed prior to taking my car in/doing any work). Would highly recommend.

No reason why this could not have been put back in the trunk among the Jack where it belongs. Careless inattention to detail. They cited that their shop has been sued multiple times in the past Which makes me wonder what they have done to be sued so many times that they had to create a policy. The gentleman behind the desk and one of the mechanics suggested that I lie in the future about having done any work on my car so they are actually promoting lying and dishonest acts Which further makes me worry about and wonder about their integrity and adds Creedence to the fact that they have been sued multiple times. I would highly recommend trying somewhere else and not doing any business with this place. My father and brother were mechanics and I grew up around a garage and it is worrisome and unethical to turn down work out of fear of being sued again. There are plenty of other garages in the area. I recommend seeking out one of them.

As I drove from the parking garage to the circle to pick her up to go home, my front right tire went flat. We called roadside assistance through our insurance agency, and Cameron came to the rescue. My vehicle was a bit of a conundrum, as one lug on each of the front wheels is rounded, rather than beveled (as normal). He was able to plug the tire, and we made the 60 mile drive home safely. So in Cleveland if you have aluminum rims at some point you're going to start leaking and my…read moredaughter has a pretty good track record of not telling me when the check engine light's on or when the TPMS sensor is illuminated. I was able to fill her tires the other night as I got cold and a air loss is pretty much normal when the weather changes. When I started her car up this morning she lost 10 lb overnight which of course is not normal. While I was able to get her car from school and get it serviced I haven't had any Tire service done in this neck of the woods I normally go up to Painesville or mentor. My normal tire shop that I go to it's almost a guaranteed wait of half a day. However I wanted to roll the dice and try the first result that came up in my search and that was the shop. Most places are pretty darn busy nowadays but they tend to make room for folks that need help with flat repair. I called them and they got me right in and I was able to walk across the street to get a cup of coffee and a sandwich while I waited. Total time was about 45 minutes which wasn't bad at all and while I did not have any nails in my tire I did have bead leak due to corrosion in the aluminum. Sadly this is a reality of where we live however this shop was kind polite and got me in in very short notice. The total cost for the mountain balance grinding the bead and resealing it was $37 which is ridiculously cheap. Thank you so much for providing a great service at a great value.

I figured, if Goodyear is trusting this shop to be an installer, why not give it a try. Tires were put-on in no-time, had a brief chat with the manager, very nice guy. But then I drove the vehicle on the highway, it appeared that there's shaking going-on. So I took it back. After I dropped it off, they called me to say that there's nothing wrong with it. That it must be the brakes. I'm certain that when I'm driving on the highway at 70 mph, my brake pads are not making contact with the disk. When I shared my disagreement, it was like I stepped on their ego and next thing I know, every sentence started with "just so you know".....talk about gaslight central! Luckily, they extended a courtesy reimbursement for me to take my tires to another shop and reimburse me for the tire balance, which I did. Wouldn't you know it, they were able to fix the issue! After visiting 3rd time this month, I do see a vast difference between the shop and the customer area. NOBODY had safety glasses, some guys had their shirts un-tucked around machinery, one guy had headphones on replying to text messages while under a vehicle. They treat their customers well, just not their vehicles. Great customer service, not my car-shop.
