I can't rely 100% on my own limited experience. David Mitroff (the man in the picture) was extremely generous with his time over the phone. I told him abt a potentially risky sales contract I was considering. He took at least 20 minutes to go over with me how I can mitigate that risk and what I should do to prepare for negotiation. He did not have to do that. But he wanted to make sure I didn't get scr3w3d over. He didn't want to see me fail. For that reason, Piedmont Avenue will be the first place I come to once I'm ready for a deeper strategic conversation and more hands-on assistance. Will update once I have more to say. Thanks David!

After getting my taxes done this year he quoted me $150. I noticed he overcharged me $30 and overcharged my aunt $100. When she called his office he was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional, stating that he can change the prices however he pleases, and then hung up the phone on her. When she sent him an email he stated that she wasted his time and will be dropping all the clients she recommended to him. I don't know where the entitlement comes from but that is no way to run a business. If he wanted to raise his prices that's fine but taking my credit card from my hand and telling me you are going to charge $150 and then actually charging $180 is just unprofessional. It's clearly time for this man to retire he's lost his marbles
