On the first day we met Ray, the elevator doors weren't working and my father wasn't physically capable of walking three flights of stairs. Since it was a Monday with a holiday, there really wasn't anyone to contact about this issue, so Ray was more than happy to walk down stairs and hold our meeting in the lobby.
