Second year, she forgot to add deductions for minors. Oops, she forgot ! Businesss taxes had errors again . IRS made the corrections. We get it mistakes happen. 3 rd year-Bev filed our taxes with an old business address. In Northern California, how she made this mistake is beyond us. She also forgot to add the minors once again as deductions. We received notification from the IRS that the taxes were incorrect AGAIN. They made corrections for us. Once again, we get it mistakes can happen. I guess we should've learned by this year, but sometimes it's just easier to continue with who you're working with. Our mistake. 4th year, she sent reminder notice to my husband and his ex-wife. Oops once again mistakes happen. I decided to have Bev do taxes anyway. Surprisingly, there were no mistakes last year other than sending me the wrong reminder card. However, while sitting there getting our taxes completed ..... I had made a joke that I was frustrated with my husband and that I should have a yard sale and sell his stuff. She was the only individual I told this to. It was a joke. I felt that we had a nice conversation while she did my taxes, and I also felt like I had turned a leaf with her because normally when we would go into her office, she often rolls her eyes and makes comments while doing taxes. We even talked about all her little frogs and how she came about to collecting frogs it was actually I believe her mother who originally collected frogs. Sadly, I heard from three separate individuals asking me if I had really had gotten rid of all my husbands belongings at a yard sale. ( Confirmed they heard it directly from you) Boy oh boy did you run with that! Bev, it seems that you like to converse and gossip and it's not appreciated. What you did I believe was unprofessional & it was actually damaging. You should be ashamed of yourself. You are not a nice person. We put up with years of you making errors on our taxes. We continued to go to you out of convenience since we live locally in Napa. As well as being small business owners ourselves, we want to support other small businesses. I guess we should've stop using you the very first year. We will not be using your services this year so when you're waiting for us at 12 noon tomorrow, go to lunch instead.
