I had a terrible experience this past weekend I was at an event here and experienced terrible service from tnd bartender behind the bar as well as the security who both had a terrible attitude and made this one of my worst party experiences ever!!!! Ruined my friends wedding day Today is my Friends Wedding Celebration which turned into HELL here at LTV and the owner just shut down the event 3Hours Early 9:15 to be exact. The event was from 7PM-12AM. We got in late due to them still setting up . An argument accrued no fighting what so ever and the owner says she has to shut down the event. Reading some of these comments took me back a little And almost pissed me off again. I had a baby shower here back in 2021 and of course my dispose was kept because she say we left late. We left 10 mins late because her staff was talking to us. I asked her why didn't we get our deposit back, she replied "yall didn't exit on time". It took everything in me not to crash. She told us she had to pay her people for staying overtime which was 10 mins. She had to pay the same people who talked our ears off $300 for 10 extra mins. It's cool though because I've been blessed since , but like i said i thought i should leave a review since someone just asked me for her information and i ran into these reviewed and i see not much has changed. I will not recommend this venue to anybody, the security was unprofessional and nasty, the patting down of everyone was not right, she patted down every differently. She made others feel uncomfortable. She stared at certain men just stereotyping everyone. She not only took her job like she was an officer but she made others not want to be there. they tried to shut the place down and wanted the music cut off before it was even time. Beautiful business space. However ownership and security could use a little work. Bartenders were nice and compassionate but things at event could of been executed better. Had my wedding event here on 4/26 and when my husband and I arrived with our bridal party security was aggressively searching everyone and kept yelling at people they already searched when they were trying to enter. I don't agree with them manhandling a yelling disagreement that occurred. My husband tried to get control of the crowd to calm the yelling and sadly couldn't my dad was next to step in and control the crowd because he's law enforcement but unfortunately he didn't get a chance because security stepped in and starting screaming and shoving a woman with her son saying they would drag her out. That was wrong they didn't need to put they hands on her she was already leaving. But after that the venue canceled the event and my planner and mom was asking them to let bridal party stay and bride's family that wasn't involved and they just kicked everyone out. Fortunately they let my husband and I at least cut the cake but that was OUR special night that was ruined and I just feel more could've been done to help and it was just so aggressive and emotional. When talking to the owner she mentioned how security has to be stern to command the room which I don't think was a good response to them shoving a lady with her kid. No one was physical but the security and that was not commanding the room that is abuse of power. I wasn't being naive and asking for some of the money back because of the event but I did ask for deposit back but apparently my guest responding to being mistreated by security makes it a loss of deposit. I do not recommend this venue. The owner of this venue is unpleasant and money hungry. The staff is unprofessional and rude. Unclean, outlets are faulty, letters and acrylic table were in horrible condition. Do not patronize them. I don't want to give one star, but it was required. read more

We celebrated my brother-in-love's (Robert L Steels) repass there this past weekend and everything was wonderful. The staff (Security included) was friendly, courteous and helpful. The facility was sparkling clean and everything was set up upon arrival. There's ample well lit, safe free parking. I assure you you'll not be disappointed!! I hosted several events at LTV, my most memorable was my baby shower. The decor was amazing, I was totally stunned by how beautifully decorated the event space was. LTV Events VENUE is garbage I will never ever have anything there or recommend this place to no one the owner is mute everyone can buy a business but don't know how to run one definitely money hungry ‼ she adds on different things after you pay your deposit she makes you pay for bartenders an security when you never ask for that when that should already be included with the pay what place you have to pay for WATER an can't bring water to your event for your guests an doesn't even give you a napkin with your drinks when they have a bar poor service all the way around it. read more

Everybody, can't run a business. The owner wasn't very friendly by no means , the Staff, not very professional. You rent the place for a few hrs, and I was told that I for fitted my contract by 11 mins. And you would not allow a 15 minute grace period ? $540.00 Shame on you. Not only that, guess we're told to exit out the back door, serving Old wine. Guess were told if they weren't helping to clean up, that they had to leave. All remaining guess had to exist from the back door. I know that you would say it's just Business, but your Business warrants attention and Inspection. Also it didn't go unnoticed that the staff was mopping the floor while guests were in a attendance, that alone was a Huge Hazard. We were never thanked for spending a Huge amount of money or patronizing the Venue. I would say to other people, Do Your Homework before Patronizing this Venue. read more

No I don't recommend this place I bought a water from inside the venue they would not let me take it with me when I was leaving I could see if it was alcohol but it was WATER I BOUGHT FROM THEM AND IT WAS NEVER OPENED so it's a definite no for me i would give this place a 0 out of ten read more
