I don't even know where to start. This is the worst banquet I've ever dealt with. I don't recommend…read moreit at all. This is worth the read I promise. Let's start this off by making it known we've had this booked since last year October. And we've confirmed with them maybe 4 times since. First off. We got to the banquet and the lady running it (who was absolutely awful by the way) decided that we no longer get the full banquet. She decided to only gave us half the banquet because they lied about who was cooking the food. We were promised Bawadi and when I called Bawadi the owner confirmed that they lied about that. So she was just hiding the fact that there were people in their kitchen cooking their copy cat bawadi food. Second off. Nothing in the banquet was the way we wanted it. And that lady refused to change it. First the table settings were terrible. And there was a stage in the banquet that was taking up half the banquet that she already cut in half. And she refused to move it. After an hour of arguing and fighting with her. She finally changed it. It never should've been in there. We asked for no stage when we booked then banquet. Third. We we're promised plates. When we got there this lady who is already pissed me off one too many times today said " oh the dollar tree is around the corner. We don't have plates for you". What do you mean you don't have plates for me? Your associate promised me plates a week before the party. How are you gonna sit here and tell me no an hour before the party starts. Fourth, it's an ALL girls party. WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO RECORD US WITHOUT OUR SCRAVES OFF?!! When I say lady was going in and our of our party staring at ladies I'm not even joking. We also asked the staff that day to be all women. Tell me why we had one server serving the entire party and men opening and closing our privacy doors that are meant to keep men out. NOW FOR THE BEST PART. The owner who yelled at my mom " what do you want?! can I help you?!' Not only was he so rude he was gonna charge us a $300 penalty fee that was 'in the contract', When we told him to pull it up in the contract, it wasnt there. And on top of all that he sent that lady to pulled me away from my party in the rudest way possible because he couldn't wait till after the party to charge me for the 10 extra people who showed up. In conclusion, this is by far the worst banquet you'll ever book with. Do yourself a favor and do it anywhere else.

The place was immaculate, and you could tell it was meticulously maintained. While I'm not sure who handles the catering, if it's the venue or someone my hosts hired, the pastries and finger foods offered were absolutely divine and plentiful. I particularly loved the assortment of sweets and desserts laid out before the main meal. As someone with a serious sweet tooth, I indulged in quite a few treats. What I appreciated most was that everything was bite-sized, allowing guests to sample a little bit of everything without feeling guilty if they didn't like something. So if someone is reading this, get the pastry chef's number. After the sweet indulgence, the main courses were served. Starting with soup, followed by salad, and an array of main dishes served family-style. I enjoyed the family-style servings as it allowed me to taste a bit of everything. However, the protein portions were quite generous, and after all the sweets, I found myself quite full. While the main entree was good, I have to say the other dishes stole the show. Now, let's talk about the dance floor - it was massive! Having such a large dancing area was a refreshing change from many other weddings I've attended. What else is there to say? I feel like, for me, as a guest, I look for very few things when it comes to the wedding: the food and the venue. Belvedere Chateau checked both boxes, so I was a happy and very full camper.

During our Easter brunch visit, we noticed a significant drop in the standard we had come to expect. The management's attempt to refute our observations on Google reviews prompted me to share my experience here. The Easter Bunny was noticeably absent, and the tiny baby shrimp served appeared to be frozen and thawed, lacking any flavor. The management's response that they compensate for this with other offerings does not address the issue of the shrimp's quality. Our server was often absent during our meal, despite the fact that the restaurant was not particularly busy. In the past, there used to be long lines of people waiting to be seated, but now the place is almost deserted. The management's explanation that customers disliked the long waits does not account for the lack of reservations. I kindly suggest that it would be more beneficial to focus on improving the quality of the buffet and service rather than making excuses. I hope that the management will take these concerns into consideration and work towards restoring the establishment's reputation. EDITED. It seems like this establishment can not take criticism and stalk those who post an honest review, as evidenced not only by this review but also by others on this platform. No matter that you're not a restaurant. If you serve food, you should be prepared to serve the best. This type of social media stalking and excuse making only makes my opinion worse. If you've been in business this long, surely you've had bad reviews before. Do better, be professional, and don't act like a petulant teen girl.

But this time I will review as I was pleasantly surprised on the ambience and the quietness of the hall. This time I did notice they do have slot machines in front, which I was puzzled about since it is a banquet hall, but nothing surprises me any longer so that's just a sign of the times I guess. The service as far as the banquet hall was as always, amazing. From the bartender and the cocktail to even the prices, although this time around they do use card machines also vs cash. Cash is still king but I like the option of using my plastic and giving the cash in tips, they appreciate it and I also do. The service in the actual serving at the banquet hall was a little to all over the place. Thus, me giving the score I did. First off half of the people started leaving an hour before it ended but I think it was in part to the dinner came out and it was dragging for the servers to get all the dinners served. What struck me even more was that dessert (which basically was cake and ice cream) came out 5 minutes before we were all leaving, that is a big no no. When I asked the host what the reason was that they served it so late, she said, the staff there was responsible for serving and times so she was also perplexed. Regardless, that is unacceptable. But I digress. The food was amazing and the variety of food was perfection, served a little late but I can let that go. I still was able to try to the dessert but still I was leaving. If you want a banquet for your next function, would I recommend? Probably yes, but make sure all the kinks are fixed first as this may get you upset. Oh and did I mention, it is still fairly antiquated but functional and worth it. And parking is plentiful .
