We booked when they were having a flash sale and it was so great. We had a bounce castle with our package and the kids loved it. They allowed us to come in the night before to set up any decorations, and they have a very nice prep kitchen as well with a large catering style fridge and warmer. The party was a hit, during the event the staff stayed close to help with anything we might need. Definitely recommend this venue!! Our theme was Winter Onederland.

The nozzles in the shower head were dirty and clogged, with only about 2/3 of the water coming out. Plus, streams were shooting off to the side, which sprayed outside of the shower even with the curtain pulled. There are sizable cracks along the shower stall and all along the walls throughout the entire room, and the ceiling looks a mess, too. A portion in the center of the room looks like it is about to collapse from water damage above. Panels from the blinds are missing. The carpeting is visibly stained and gross. The smell of people smoking weed throughout the entire 4th floor was enough to stink up my own room as if I were Grateful Dead show. And I woke up to rainwater pooling on the windowsill next to the bed. The $200-per-night cost is for the illusion of elegance, but the in-person ambiance has all the aesthetics of a Motel 6 experience.

Not only is the setting beautiful, but we could tell from the beginning that our occasion mattered to Silver Lake staff. For something as meaningful as a wedding, you want to feel special. We felt supported and in good hands; that feeling was consistent throughout the planning process as I planned our wedding (without planner) and had many questions to ask Janene along the way. Amy was super hands-on for the day-of, making sure things went according to plan. She even made our rehearsal fun. Our guests all had a great time as well and have complimented us on the food service. I'd do it all over again, truly. Thank you Silver Lake!
