From start to finish, the staff at Garden Manor were professional, attentive, and easy to work with. They always responded to our questions quickly, offered helpful advice during planning and contract signing, and made the process stress-free. The venue itself is beautiful--modern, spotless, and so elegant that it needs little to no extra decoration. Our guests loved it, and so did we! I would absolutely recommend The Garden Manor to any couple looking for a venue with excellent service and a stunning space.

The incident started with a sweet 16 that my family booked there. First of all, the bill was why to high for just a hall with no food or decorations. Not even an open bar was offered for the $5,000.00 price tag. There was a young lady when we walked I who was asked to make sure that invites were in hand and that wasn't the case. I had to ask her twice during the night to continue to do her job. The next gross level of horrible service came from the bartenders who not only didn't know how to mix a drink, they were to check IDs that according to them is their policy. I know of at least 3 family members who are not 21 who got drinks. This was discovered after the end of the night when one of our aunt's called to let me know that her 19 year old was intoxicated. If you think this is the end, please read on. At the end of the night the banquet hall manager explained that the liquor that we had purchased,. Over $600 worth needed to be inventoried so we would be able to take back the rest of our spirits until Monday when the inventory was completed. Well, Monday comes around and more than half of the alcohol that was left over was magically gone. I mean, how doea this happen? I asked my aunt that night where in the contract this was written and she said that it was the agreement that she signed. I asked her again a couple of days later and she still was reluctant bro let me see it because I knew that this was a horrible way to do business. I ask that anyone looking for a banquet hall and you find yourself stumbling across this "gem", look elsewhere. The place is dated, the restrooms were not clean, the staff is very disorganized, and their practices are worst of all. There are way more options out there.

Renters, beware. I hosted an event at The Estate Ultra Lounge in September 2025, and the experience…read morewas extremely disappointing. I live in California, and this venue was recommended by a family member--so I trusted their opinion and booked it. I paid in full for the entire day, including an additional $200 for early access to decorate. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. Back in May, I had my event planner survey the venue. He was so concerned about the lack of cleanliness and overall condition that he quit, stating the space didn't meet his professional standards. I immediately brought these concerns to Tiffany, the owner, who assured me everything would be addressed well before the event. Despite having four months to correct the issues, the venue was still in unacceptable condition when we arrived. I got there at 11:00 AM, as agreed, but no employees were present. The first staff member didn't arrive until 1:30 PM--the original time scheduled for pre-party setup. So, despite paying extra for early access, no one came in early to prepare the space. Before posting this review, I tried to settle the matter directly with Tiffany. Her response was that they had to pay an employee to come in early--yet that employee didn't show up until the regular time, leaving my team and me to clean the venue ourselves. The exterior was unkempt--trash and cups littered the parking lot, the lawn was neglected, and spider webs hung at the entrance. I have photos documenting the condition. Inside, the vestibule windowsills were filthy and covered in spider webs. The glass doors were smudged, and the entryway hadn't been swept or mopped. The tables were stained, the floors dirty, and the trash cans overflowing. Even the bathrooms were in poor condition and required a full cleaning before guests could arrive. To make matters worse, hookah equipment and miscellaneous items were left out on tables--despite prior assurances that the venue would be fully prepared. It forced me to delay the arrival of my guests, including the birthday honoree. Had I not arrived early, the event would have been unfeasible. And because I had already paid in full for the entire day, I was unable to receive even a partial refund. Given the circumstances, I believe a refund of the $200 early access fee is more than justified. The lack of preparation, cleanliness, and staff presence was unacceptable, especially after months of notice. Future renters, be cautious. I hope this feedback encourages better standards moving forward.
