In the four years I've been shipping with this company, I have NEVER had one negative experience or any issues whatsoever -- very, very rare for South Florida standards. This is a family-owned company which takes a lot of pride in extending the best customer service and you can sleep well knowing that you will NEVER have some sort of hidden price in small print waiting for you at the last minute. Thank you Gaby and to all of the hard working employees at All American Cargo! A+++++

Had no issues getting them on the phone or via email. All info they gave me was accurate and timely. Only minor issue (not really an issue) was they needed more info when I ordered from amazon (emailed them a detailed invoice) for one of the items. No big deal - their part of the responsibility of getting it thru customs. Used them for medication (was $20) once, and once for boat parts (a prop and a seal kit) was also $20. Keep in mind the other fees (from the corrupt Bahamian Government) will be substantial! This doesn't change from freight service to freight service. There's a broker fee. There's the fee of the receiving location (if they pick it up from customs for you), there's massive duty (haha!) on nearly everything and vat tax. All in all, I expect to pay about double, less so the more you order at once. None of that is on Reggies. Also, sometimes items don't make it thru customs - I've heard that from others. Never heard of that being Reggie's fault. Sucks, but it's just part of dealing with a corrupt socialist government like that in the Bahamas.
