I spoke to three other plumbing businesses but Local Plumbers Bel Air was just to good to not work with them! Adrian the tech , called 15 minutes before arriving to tell us that he was ready for us. He told us he knew exactly how to fix it, and within 45 minutes it was working like brand new! The price of the project was more competitive than any other prices that I had seen before. Basically, my bathroom faucet handle came off as I was going to wash my hands and water start GUSHING everywhere. I mean, really gushing. I tried to put the handle back on to stop the flow, but it was leaking from the bottom, too. It was a nightmare and felt like someone had turned a giant fire hose on me. My bathroom floor and myself were drenched. I yelled for my brother to turn off the water to our ENTIRE townhouse/condo complex as the shut-off valve wasn't turning off at the bottom of the sink. Anyway, we called Azaryan Bros and Mesrop came within 15 minutes. We were so grateful. He fixed the issue and we were happy. He was professional, courteous, and did a good job. I highly recommend!

I stepped into the shower and both the shower, toilets and tub had sewage backup as the central line had gotten clogged and shut down our entire house. Not only did the two technicians from A-1 arrive inside 30 minutes they had the problem fixed, help me bleach and clean the backyard where they had to drain and answered my kids party went off without a hitch. It was fairly priced for the work done and I was really impressed with their can do attitudes. Well done A-1

I hired him to replace a leaking irrigation valve, and he charged me over $200 for the job. Before starting, he casually said it might work--or it might not--and that there was a "50/50 chance" the issue was something else. Not exactly reassuring. He told me to let him know in a few days if the leak persisted. Well, it did persist. I texted him to come back and fix it--no response. He never showed up again. If you're looking for someone reliable, who stands behind their work, I'd recommend going elsewhere. This felt like a quick cash grab, not a serious or professional service.

Ed has been our plumber for the last 12 years. We found him when he was with Plotke Plumbing and…read morehe is the ONLY reason we remained loyal Plotke customers for 12 years. Plotke would occasionally send out a different plumber but Ed would always have to come out after to finish or fix what the other plumber did. Ed has been a plumber for 25 yrs and has seen and fixed it all. We were happy to follow him when he and his brother started Red Brothers Plumbing last year. Here's what he's done for us the last 12 years (from the simple to delicate/complicated): Replaced old toilet wax rings Camera'd our main line Snake our main line Crawled our crawl space under our house with a flash light and found a pin-hole leak Installed a new kitchen sink, faucet, garbage disposal (and removed the old ones) Installed a new dishwasher Replaced two hot water heaters (facetime'd with us at 11:30 at night to walk us through shutting off the gas line and came first thing in the morning to change out the water heater) Recommended whole house water filter/softener system for our vacation home Recommended toilets for our vacation home (Toto Legato-BEST TOILETS EVER EVER EVER-Not cheap but no streaks, low but full flush, not noisy) Found and repaired a gas leak that the Gas Company didn't even find Repaired and replaced lines in our outdoor sprinkler manifold Replaced the cartridge in our shower (controls temp of the water) Found and repaired pinhole leak in the water supply line in a bathroom wall (the pipe hadn't been soldering when the house was constructed) * this was is very special/delicate because Ed was able to cut a minimal part of the wall and use his camera to find the leak (vs cutting more than was necessary)-this wall is tiled and would have been a nightmare to deal with if using an inexperienced or lazy plumber. Escrow Plumbing Inspection on house we were buying This weekend Ed and his brother found and fixed a crack/leak in the sewer vent pipe in one of our baths. This was also delicate as the bathroom wall was completely tiled floor to ceiling on the interior and to avoid cutting into it, Ed suggested going through the exterior stucco wall. Ed and his brother expertly cut only the required amount of space needed to do a smoke test and pinpoint the source of the leak and then cut exactly what was needed to access, remove and replace the ABS problem area. We had ficus trees in front of this area and they were able to help us remove and save the ficus as well (our landscaper replanted them). These gentleman are at the top of their game-50 years combined experience between the two of them. They're honest (e.g. won't tell you to replace when you can simply REPAIR). They get enough business that they don't have to lie or gouge their customers. They treat us like we're VIP and we're not. They're respectful of our home and belongings (wear booties-not dragging their boots from the basement to your shower floor). And they're genuinely nice guys. I hope to die before they do because I'll never find better plumbers-ever! Now...if Ed and his brother have another brother who happens to be an electrician, I might insist on meeting their mother!!
