    If I could give zero stars for this carrier, I would. I placed an order with a well-known, online fast fashion company. I've ordered in the past and have not had any major issues with delivery of my items. Last month, I had an order shipped and the assigned carrier was LSO. On 6/22, they claimed that my package had been delivered to the locker system in my bldg. Whenever we get packages, we get both an email and text notification letting us know that we have a delivery. I received nothing from our service (ParcelPending). I reached out to the clothing company and they told me that according to their "extensive research" and an inquiry with LSO, my package was delivered to me. When I went to the LSO website to contact customer service, I was directed to a form which I completed but never received a response. The customer service number is a recording telling you that they don't accept calls and to go back to the website (which again is pointless since they don't respond to those inquiries seemingly). I found a local number for the Plano office but the woman told me that I had to call the Dallas office. She told me that their number was 512-872-6900. I called and guess where I ended up? Customer service. The same customer service with a phone number but doesn't accept calls. Turns out, you can only file a claim thru the original shipper but if everything the shipper has says the package was delivered, you end up in a mindlessly frustrating loop of proving that LSO's claim of delivery is false. The pics I attached show that the delivery person claimed to have used our locker system to deliver my package, proof from the locker system vendor that NO package was ever in fact delivered to me and the crappy policy of not being able to file a claim unless you're an account holder. If you ever see that goods you're expecting are supposed to be delivered by LSO, contact your shipper IMMEDIATELY and request a change because this experience has proven how they function. And LSO - Before you supply me with your canned response to email your customer support, I've already done that twice. It's your turn to take action!

    LSO is the absolute worst shipping service. Beware - do not let your vendors ship via LSO and under no circumstances should you use LSO to ship anything to anybody. Anything shipped via LSO will get lost or extremely delayed. A vendor of ours defaults to LSO and EVERY TIME it creates a big hiccup in our supply chain. They do not respond to inquiries sent on their website and do not answer the phone. Their warehouse in San Antonio is abandoned. Run away from LSO, I have no idea how they are still in business.

    Horrible service. My order has been out for delivery for 3 days now. I keep trying to email and call the plano location and nobody answers at all. I have even been leaving voicemails. I will never use this shoddy company again. That's why we stick with major brand shipping companies to avoid these issues. Now I don't know where my package is and nobody at their plano office wants to answer the phone. It's ridiculous.

    Terrible company, nothing is ever updated properly and they steal packages they deserve to go out of business.
