This is a dishonest company and hope the Dallas Terminal isnt a representation of how they do business and treat their customers. I got an email on a friday after their business hours (630pm) to call back to schedule my delivery.. which was for Monday... in 3 days. I called and their office was closed... ok... let me email them and I get this. Message blocked Your message to no-reply@dtmail.dispatchtrack.io has been blocked. See technical details below for more information. The response was: Message bounced due to organizational settings. Soo.... looks like Monday then... here comes Monday and I took the day off to be onsite for the delivery. Called around 830am to confirm and they told me it would be delivered between 11am-3pm. I called at 3pm to get an update and they told me that the truck broke down a while ago and will need to reschedule... WOW... thanks for informing the customer... I called back since the other person hung up... and they told me... the driver called in sick... What a dishonest company, cant even get on the same page when you lie to your customers. read more

I didn't want to even give them a 1 star but had to in order to post a comment, ordered an expensive table back in June. I know to expect delays due to COVID, however they did receive the item on August 11th. ETA was at the latest August 18th but the item wasn't delivered during that time. Every time I call I am placed on hold for a manager that doesn't seem to exist. I am going on week two with out speaking to a manager and constantly just being placed on hold. When I called last Friday 8/21 around 11am, the CSR told me everyone there was Jewish and was gone for the day including the weekend. Then she said I should try again Monday 8/24, I called and it's the same response "I am going to place you on hold and get the manager"..... As of today I have still had extreme difficulty speaking with anyone in charge and have know idea where my order is. read more

Horrible service. My product was delayed multiple times. I keep calling and they keep changing the date. The rep would pretend to forward you to a manager but they would just put you on hold. Supposedly, they cant hang up on customer. One even forward me back to the automated system. I would never use them. read more

Phenomenal service and communication. Received a large screen TV which in itself made me anxious as it had traveled across country. It arrived one day earlier than promised and they unboxed and plugged in so I knew it was working and looked fine. They sent emails and texts to set up delivery. The local delivery service arrived on time, were friendly and quick. What more could you want??? Great experience. read more

I have received a lot of freight deliveries in my life and never have I received such remarkable service. Company I made a purchase threw messed up my order pretty badly on having a 1,600 pound fountain delivered and the team that came out for the delivery literally did everything possible to make everything right. Who does that in this day and age. Just wanted to take a second to show appreciation and say how througly impressed I was with the team that delivered! I can honestly say any freight deliveries I receive in the future I will ask for AM trucking to deliver and will even pay extra if required to have a delivery threw AM Trucking. read more

Monday I received an email saying I would receive a shipment between 1500 and 1700 Wednesday. Earlier today, Tuesday, I received a phone message confirming that schedule. I received no notice that would be delayed. Today, Wednesday, at 1650 I called and was told they would be late .. by 2300. At 20:30 the driver called and said he could not arrive until after midnight. I told the driver that midnight was not acceptable and to contact his dispatcher and reschedule for tomorrow and ask the dispatcher to call me. I received a call from the dispatcher who said that he could not have it delivered tomorrow but would reschedule for Friday. I have cleared existing furniture from the room to make room. Now there is limited seating. This is very inconvenient. I am disabled and the preparations have not been easy. Today, Thursday, I received a phone call from the shipper saying that it would be delivered on Saturday between 10 and 2. I do not recommend using this shipper. read more
