His pricing, according to him, was mostly based on the time it would take to get to the job site, the gasoline burned and the wear and tear on his vehicle, having to stop along the way to purchase the necessary materials to do the job, and him deciding that I was an hour away based on my zip code. Actually, I live in Sherman not Tom Bean, about 15 minutes away, based on the location that was given for his business. And, I already had the necessary materials. If only he had actually made some inquiries about the job and my specific location before quoting me such an absurd amount. The one star was given sole on the impression I have of the text message he sent me.

Terrible Experience with Texoma Roofing This was by far the…read moreworst experience I've ever had with a roofing company. I initially spoke with a woman named Michelle, who was very kind and assured me that an insurance adjuster would come out to inspect everything and possibly get the entire roof replaced. Instead, they sent a gentleman who didn't speak much English. He didn't go on the roof, didn't take any measurements, and didn't inspect anything underneath--like the boards that needed to be replaced--which is something you cannot see from an Eagle View. Michelle then said she could take measurements from Eagle View, but that would cost extra. Before I could even get a quote or see what type of roof would be used--there are about five different types, and I wasn't told which one--or what exactly would be replaced, I was expected to sign a contract. Why would I sign a contract without knowing the details? When I asked for a quote, she refused, saying it would take the guy too much time. Then, completely out of the blue, she told me they were no longer going to do my roof. What kind of company treats clients like this? I have all of this documented via text. I cannot imagine treating a customer in such a dismissive and unprofessional way.

If I could give this company zero stars I would....Long story short is we got under contract with…read morethis company for a house in Sanger, Tx 50% to start and 50% to finish. We paid our 50% to start then days later he requested more money due to having to change insurance to what the city requested according to him. We paid that then when he was less than half a day done he asked for more money so we paid that. Now here we are he has finished he has been paid more than the contract agreement leaving a balance of 2k. If you look up when a job is complete when you have to pull a permit it is still considered an open job until that permit is closed. Well he is extremly irrate and told my husband he doesnt know who he is f*&&ing with. Let me mention he was also very aggressive when we originally didn't want to pay him his additional amount. We have proof and text message to show this. He is basically saying he will leave this permit open and not finish because he hasn't been paid. Again its considered a completed job when the permit is closed. What protects us to make sure he comes back if something is wrong is what he is not understanding. I just want to warn you he bulldogs, strong arms, and threatens when he doesnt get his way. Best of luck
