Her team specializes in restoration of older homes with a lot of character and history. As can be expected, there were a few hiccups along the way, but the team is clearly equipped to handle these issues. The bricks were crumbling and the crew did a great job of patching over them and keeping all the integrity of the original walls. She also kept the original floors (which were in much worse condition!!) and doors (such a great touch). The original beauty of this home was well preserved!

She is serious and committed to her work. She has skills: organizing, planning & coordinating. She understands team play and is an experienced project manager. She knows how to communicate, with everyone. She listened to us and really understood us. She chose an excellent team of experienced subcontractors for HVAC, plumbing and electrical work. She monitored the contractor and subcontractors and ensured that her vision was manifested, with quality and precision. She demonstrated it all. . She chose (with our approval) the flooring, cabinetry & hardware, sinks & faucets, tile, lighting, paint colors, and many other small decisions. We really appreciate her. Big Wow!
