Last week they made a story of product that is coming to stores. So I went in and asked availability. They said they didn't have any but informed me to return Tuesday. I waited until Monday when I went in again. They said they had no clue why the other member told me that because it is false. Was told they didn't have anything. Then later before I left I spoke with a manager that told me they had them but were not going to be putting them out yet due to upper management being off. The next day (Tuesday when they were supposed to be put out, they were not and were told again by a different employee they didn't have any and they didn't think any were coming into the store. I called in the afternoon to check availability, and was told they will be putting them out this Friday. I returned that Tuesday night before closing and asked again, I was told that they are not going to be here till next week. Today (Wednesday)I call again and sure enough they put them out today and they sold out. WHAT A JOKE. Why be told so many stories, and misinformation by multiple employees and managers just to do something completely different. Lost my business.

The United Airline site states they don't take digital copies at the airport so I came here. Lucky I was able to use a computer and printer. The only way to unlock the computer is to slide your credit card and click the acknowledgment button. It's simple. Unfortunately the "travel.Hawaii.gov" website was not so cooperative. Icons didn't open and drop downs didn't work at first using either Windows 10 or Chrome. This is why I have an Apple. And time is ticking. The only reason I mention this is because you pay by the minute and there's the icon showing you the cost. I was lucky to have Shaina help me. She was puzzled as me but putting our heads together and $5 later, we figured it out. That included trying to get the scanner working. She assured me that all my PPI would be cleared out of the computer once I logged out. Overall four stars. Great service and Shaina attitude towards this whole fiasco was pleasant. I got under it and after some looking I saw that there is a hand-sized patch job on the gas tank that barely held on for 300 miles. Another thing I was told before coming to buy it was that no one smoked in the van, but after flying out, I found a spit cup with an empty pack of Marlboro cigarettes in the cup holder amongst a garbage bag worth of other trash in the vehicle.
