This big store at about 5:45 on a Tuesday only had two team members in site. Went in for 8 copies…read moreand to get those papers laminated. I was made to wait 15-20 minutes to receive service because the girl was helping another nice couple... fine... that can happen. She finished them up, rung me up. I was quoted 10 minutes and after 20 minutes inquired to my wait because she continually worked the counter next to her manager. The 10 minutes turned into 40 kids were waiting for dinner. I paid for 10 mil on 3 sheet, but instead received some BS line that something wasn't working after my long wait. I received the items untrimmed and had to do so myself. 1 hour and 10 minutes at a dead store to get 8 sheets printed and laminated... and it wasn't isolated to a random employee... the manager allowed this to happen. The girl working the counter was very nice, but unfortunately inefficient. Nice to apologize for the extra wait time to the couple before me, then apologized to me expecting that 20 minutes into my wait with no work started it was appropriate. The manager standing next to her tried to justify vs mitigate the issue. Also worth noting there was a third team member eventually who was hard to spot because he was wearing a brown leather jacket over his red work shirt. I mention, because during the initial wait period I was looking to pay for an additional item which was no apparent of efficient.

After calling 3 other UPS stores, FedEx, and Staples, all of which couldn't even answer the type of printers they used (inkjet or laser), I called Fabio who was not only immediately knowledgeable on his product, but extremely helpful. I came to him with a crazy idea of making custom temporary tattoos, something I've never done before, and he greatly assisted without any judgement, which is so hard to come by as a woman who is often times doing unusual things. It is so rare that I sing the praises of a man, but Fabio has made a customer for life. Thank you Fabio! (It should be noted that I provided my own tattoo paper, that is not a product they offer, but most other places will not let you bring in your own paper- so another huge bonus here. Also, it only cost $3.50 to print two full pages of tattoos which is a steal!! You can't even get them at the store for that value, and they're custom!)

The staff gave her great advice and a reminder that UPS will not text you, but you can opt into delivery notifications, which will alwys come from a UPS email addr (not google or anything else). I appreciated how they educated her. Professional, knowledgeable and kind. And my packages will get to my family in time for the holiday.

I then started noticing it smelled like gas around the van a few hours after purchasing. I got under it and after some looking I saw that there is a hand-sized patch job on the gas tank that barely held on for 300 miles. Another thing I was told before coming to buy it was that no one smoked in the van, but after flying out, I found a spit cup with an empty pack of Marlboro cigarettes in the cup holder amongst a garbage bag worth of other trash in the vehicle. Complete and blatant lies from these guys. I would have to assume they run their business the same way they conducted our transaction.
