After they spent at least 15 minutes and couldn't duplicate the problem, there was no charge. We ended up getting a universal laptop power charger since our cord was severely frayed in one area. They did not suggest the purchase. I specifically asked myself. Their suggestion as to why I was getting the error message was spot on, and I no longer have it popping up on my screen. I did read some of the other reviews just now, and they may or may not be true, as is true of any reviews. My input is that we won't go to Best Buy or similar stores for any sort of computer repair. We tried that once and it was a fiasco. I did not wait in line at this store and we were greeted as soon as we entered the store. We will come back when the need arises again.
