We're full time RVers so finding a place to get our hair cut isn't always easy. We go with what we can find in most places and just say "its hair, it will grow back". Even with that, there are some places that are better than others. We're in a lot of small towns and we try to find women owned shops whenever we can. We're an African American couple with two very different hair textures and in many instances the places we've gone have been fine. While most of the folks aren't used to cutting my hair texture (they just don't have the clientele in their small towns), I've not had anything catastrophic happen ;-) So, this was a refreshing turn of events for us.... This is our place and our people and they know our hair textures and can do a great job. We booked on the app and one of our appointments was with Priest and another was with someone that didn't work there any longer. We called to confirm and got set up for Priest to do both of our cuts. We're mostly in the Western States, we travel and work full time in our 44' 5th wheel toy hauler. I am on crutches right now so getting parked and into the location was easy. Shop vibe was 'entertaining'. It was before noon and the fun had already started. Fun to watch the 'entry walk'. These gentlemen in here are serious about their craft and there is a flare of artistry and mastery with their work. Priest was great to work with and took pride in his work. Music was playing, but it was a good mix. The shop service providers were diverse. What didn't work The couches/seats/chairs in this shop are too low for me....I'm on crutches and would not have been able to get off of those low couches. They gave me a rolling office chair to sit in so they were very accommodating. Priest gave us his card and invited us to come back when we're in town. We were staying at the State Park and we loved it so much, we'd definitely come back. We've spent most of the last nearly 3 years in Utah, Oregon, Nevada, Washington, Idaho, Wyoming, Arizona....not all places have barbershops that get what a 'shadow faded faux hawk' is ;-D. This was a much needed cultural shot in the arm for us. We'll definitely come back! read more

This was a few months ago. My barber was Carlos, he did a good job, I only asked for a fade on the sides. I just didn't appreciate it taking 45min. His gf stopped by during my cut, and bro just leaves me sitting for 15min to go talk with her or whatever, not cool.... idc if your girl is visiting man just cut my hair. Do it on your own time not mine, especially since I was a first time customer, very bad first impression. Smh, 3 stars at best and I'm being generous. Do better. read more

Alright it's been a while since I got a professional haircut again. First let's start off with you should bring cash if possible. Some of the guys take Venmo and some take cash app! The guy that cut my hair was Oscar and he did an amazing job. I think it is handy that I can pay with that for him. I told him how I usually cut my hair and asked if he could improve on that since I don't know what I'm doing. Basically he did it better than I even expected. Great environment in here as everyone is super kind and just seem like genuinely cool people. It's a bit pricey for a haircut but comparable to other places. My haircut was 30 bucks. They accept walk ins so it's handy and also appointments I heard. Anyways there's a lot of people working here and they all seem to know what they are doing! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Normally I wouldn't leave a review but being in the hair industry I'm absolutely shocked that one of these barbers would let my boyfriend leave the chair looking the way he did. You can see all the lines in the haircut meaning nothing is faded, also he's missing a patch of hair in the back, and took out his hairline completely which now he has to regrow. In addition to that the barber treated him like he was an inconvenience for coming in and getting a haircut even though that's your one fucking job. Oh and to top it all off he proceeded to charge my boyfriend $50 knowing he gave him a shit haircut. Don't waste your money here. read more

My son was home from the Marines and had to get on a flight sooner than expected. He's been home a few weeks so he had to get his hair cut before he returned to duty. It was a desperate situation and Henry not only answered my call at closing time, he arranged to meet my son early to ensure he got his hair cut. Henry did a great job. The place was clean. Everybody was friendly and I cannot say thank you enough for the extra effort they put in. They didn't need to help us but they just did. Highly highly highly recommend. read more

My husband has been trying to find a good barber shop. Went to some of the chains in the past, though they were decent, he didn't get what he wanted. So we decided to come here . Cool, relaxed vibe. Stepped into the shop feeling a little bit shaggy, and was ready for a fresh cut. The atmosphere is New York styled with nasty Nas cruising through the speakers. There was a pool table set up for the consumer, and was greeted directly stepping into the shop. I stepped up to the chair and got the cut I was expecting none the less. Oscar was my barber, and definitely hit the fresh spot. his line up was supreme, and patient with the fade. "Someone get this guy his own set and shop", is all I have to say! I've lived in the Denver area for two years and was always able to find everything I needed, except someone who could provide a decent haircut. Until now. At the recommendation of a guy I saw in a restaurant, I tried Loyals. It's a REAL barber shop with a modern twist. The upscale open atmosphere is very inviting. Henry was my barber and after a couple minutes of finding out what I wanted, he set to work.
