I have to change this to one star because clearly they have access to and look at their Yelp page but seemingly have no concerns about lying about their storefront. To be clear - the Windham location does not have (and has never had) reptiles nor is it as clean looking and refurbished as it's pictured here (many instances of clearly using a flagship location). I just find it to be extremely shady and misleading, especially because they said they would "look into it" and came to the conclusion that continuing to fib was the correct response. They know the store looks kind of trashy inside so they hide it instead of investing in it. Which is insulting not only to expecting customers, but also their daily staff which I really do like and appreciate. Management and ownership needs to get real. Either show what the business really looks like, or fix it to make it look like what you present it as.

Despite less than ideal conditions (frozen ground), they did an amazing job; employing all types of tools: pooper scoopers, shovels, metal rakes and several 5 gallon buckets. She had no suggestions or ideas as to what I might do now, and that only a CT brain scan might determine any reason. The exam and blood work were done within the first 45 minutes, and the extremely lengthy wait was attributed to 'emergency surgery' which evidently caused 100% of the many many doctors and technicians to be unable to give me the results. I experienced great anxiety, plus low blood sugar for missing two meals. Overall the experience with this supposedly first rate hospital was truly dreadful. They also tried to add $55 more to the bill that I had paid in full in advance, but when I questioned the why for this bizarre charge, it was magically dismissed.

I told her that I needed a harness fitted to my kitten. She told me to bring the cat to customer service and she called someone else over and they fitted the kitten, showed me how to adjust it. I had stoped here after going to another chain pet store. They would not even look at the kitten because they were afraid the kitten might bite them. They pointed me in the direction of harnesses. They ended up being too big for the kitten and they directed me to their website. I would definitely recommend Pet Quarters for all your pet needs. Their pricing was excellent and I paid a lot less than I was expecting. It was nice going into a store that still offers customer service.

Both toys lasted less than one hour. When I brought the toys in the owner sarcastically asked me if my dogs had teeth. I guess I could have said, no, i have a toothless dog who needs super heavy duty chew toys. Told me there was nothing they would do, and suggested I call the companies. Total was 35.00. Now this is a new model of doing business where you decide that 35.00 dollars is more important than long term customers. I had been buying dog food there for over 2 years and even during the pandemic when it was easier to do it on line. A simple here, try this elk antler or anything other than sorry, its your problem.
