I called the number on the site, but no answer. I sent a text asking if they were taking on new clients and gave details about my two dogs along with my location. I never received a response/text back. I also tried to send an email from there website. Unfortunately, it wouldn't send and stated: "Please add a valid email" when I entered my Gmail address. If you're going to ask potential customers to call or text for inquiry. The least you can do is respond back to them. If you're not taking on new customers, then reply back letting us know. I'm giving one star at this time due to lack of response from the business.

I also appreciated Leanne's asking me detailed questions to get an understanding of exactly what we wanted (and did not want). Annie (a Belgian Tervuren) has a double coat, and it's challenge for me. Leanne did a terrific job for Annie, contacted me when the grooming was done, and charged us a very reasonable price. An excellent experience all around. We'll be back.

Loki isn't great about cat carriers, and he is one of those cats that you think loves you until he claws out... So Lindsey was the groomer and, while I was fearful that Loki might act up - she reported that he was the best. (I privately wondered if maybe she switched him... but once at home he was the same). He had a dry wash and brush - and his coat is awesome and he smells great - plus his nails are nicely trimmed. Yay! We will not be going back, though, because of one particular vet, the worst one we've ever encountered. Most of the vets we saw there were great. But this one asked us to make an appointment to follow up on our ailing pet, and then simply refused to answer the phone or return messages to allow us to make that appointment. When a week had gone by with crickets, we asked for an appointment with anyone who was available. You can't wait like that with a sick pet. Well, that got him on the phone finally. He said another vet "wouldn't appreciate" having to see us. Oh really? Then pick up the phone!! Then midway through discussing treatment options (again, on a sick animal) he said he "had to go" and hung up on us. We couldn't agree on what treatments he had even said they'd do, and they did one we definitely didn't agree to or discuss. The treatment wasn't the issue, though; the issue was his epically bad, unprofessional attitude. The kicker? He never called to ask us how our potentially dying pet was doing afterwards. Never again.

Not only does she groom my dog, but she offers tips about any other problems I might have (feeding, behavior). I also love that she is a very early riser, so it's easy to drop off my dog before heading off to work. Typically she gets dogs in very early in the morning and gets the grooming finished quickly, so I'm often able to pick up my dog by lunchtime. Highly recommend!
