Tom went with us to pick out the stone, then built us a beautiful pathway, expertly designed and installed with care. The design required a lot of the stones to be cut, but even with the large number of cuts required, the path was installed in about 3 days. His team really worked hard to ensure the design came to life. We also had Signature install sod in the back yard (which our dog had destroyed). The guys cut out the old sod, created the perfectly graded base and fertilized for success. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Tom is patient and willing to adapt to the customer's needs and landscaping conditions in the yard. Highly recommended.

Routine for them, but the kicker was the unexpected snow we had that year. Didn't expect anyone to be there, but there they were, continuing to bust to get the project done. Based on that and the end result, we re-hired them two years later to redo the front walk. Of course there are little fixes and tweaks here and there that all got immediately fixed, but the work they do is excellent and are responsive in all cases. We never felt "sold," only consulted.

I feel like we were more than gracious when the quartz countertop for the bar was put in wrong, because NO ONE from Colonel was there when it was installed incorrectly. We figured out a solution (not ideal, but ok) so they would not have to redo the entire bar. The crew left a ditch witch behind my garage door over a weekend, along with boards and open paint that I actually backed over more than once. Sloppy, no respect for our property whatsoever. After less than a year the patio pavers needed attention once again. My husband and myself texted the owner and crickets...we had to hire a different company to come and repair it. We had high hopes, but really disappointed.

OUTSTANDING service! Who even DOES this anymore?!…read more I was desperate! Due to a lot of life circumstances, our backyard didn't get cut and the weeds were now waist high! This time of year, good lawn services are already booked with their accounts but I needed someone who could get into my yard and get it looking like a backyard again. Keenan took my call and booked coming over within a week! That's miracle #1. He got out here and went above and beyond, and in short order. I expected it to look like a hayfield when done with tons of raking and bagging to do. NOPE! Looked wonderful! Miracle #2. My regular lawn guy has a ton of stuff going on in his life so I asked Keenan about possibly taking my account. Get THIS! I live OUTSIDE his service area but he cared knowing I needed the work done. As owner, he said he doesn't get out on mowers much and his crews are all our handling their customers. But he personally came out to take care of my problem. BOOM! Miracle #3. And his company doesn't just do lawns. Check out his website for other outdoor services. I am enthusiastic to recommend Keenan and his team to you! https://www.akickinthegrasslawn.com

GREAT WORK & CUSTOM SERVICE!!!…read more Was in need of some quick leaf removal before our city street sweepers came through to vacuum them up - got a phone call on Sunday from Andrew and he was super cool, set a quick day/time and came over to knock it out. The owner emailed over the invoice with a nice message asking if my wife & I were satisfied with the finished products and everything. After some research, we felt good about calling Terry and the crew and scheduled them to come out for a quote. When we met with Terry to get his vision for a retaining wall; he was friendly and knew what we wanted from the start. He was able to match the brick work that was already pre-existing in the back of our house; which was a plus! Terry and his crew scheduled a time to come out to work on the wall; and they made it look awesome! They made sure to include drainage areas and the tiered looks is just what we wanted for the steep incline in our yard. Not only do we use GLC for our retaining wall, we also use them to treat our yard and do most of the yard work. When we first moved in, our yard was filled with mostly weeds and we had a "grub" problem. Well, with their help, our yard is looking better and the grass is actually green and well taken care of! They do all sorts of treatment throughout the year for us at a decent rate and we are so lucky to have them come out to mow the lawn too! When the crew arrives for lawn service, they get things done pretty quickly and always make sure to clean up after themselves. Overall, we will continue to use GLC and are happy to recommend this company to anyone! We have only had positive experiences with them right from the start. Thanks guys and Thanks Terry for helping our "curb appeal"!
