Instead I was immediately disregarded by whomever answers the phone before I could even finish my question she interrupted me. She refused to listen to my question. I was told no that I can't talk to anyone and they aren't talking to or taking new customers. I asked if I could just ask someone a question to see if they could suggest someone to me and she said no both are in appointments and can't help anyways. She suggested call another time blowing me off and being rude, almost as though I was bothering her. I asked if someone could call me back and she heavily sighed and said well then what is your question so I can save them time from speaking to you. I responded nevermind forget it if its that much of an inconvenience, nevermind. Not a great way to build a positive reputation. I just had a simple business/personal tax question! Not a good front of the office look for such a small business! Don't waste your time! Your money and work aren't worth it to them!

Less than a year ago I hired Amanda and her team to help me with my IRS debt. I owed back taxes in the amount of $60,000 plus dollars and it was growing every month. Sorry it's been a while so I do not remember. He said I qualified for an offer in compromise and I would most likely pay close to nothing. I had no choice but to trust him so I decided to give it a go. They were kind enough to work with me on splitting payment over 2 months so that really helped. We were in a tough spot financially and money was tight. I must say I was skeptical and this is normal for any one in my position. The price was good and the service and follow up was impeccable. Let's say flawless! Every email and call was met with a quick response. Is it possible that business people still exist that are always 100% on point? Yes!!! November 27th, 2017, I went to my mailbox and found 2 letters from the IRS. The first letter to my name only saying we have accepted your offer and the second in mine and my wife's name saying the same. Each one requesting a check for $480 USD and it would be over. I mailed the 2 letters and 2 checks last week and I am still in shock. $60 thousand dollars settled and gone for $960 total. Plus once paid all liens will be removed within 30 days. I called and was told nothing had been received and was sent forms to fill out for standard tax filing services to be billed at the "standard rate." I emailed twice asking what the standard rate was and again they simply did not reply. Now I'm down $275, have no answer for my original call, and they're totally ignoring me. I have to scramble now to get my taxes done and have no answer for my original call. They moved locations in December and cannot be reviewed on Google either. I do not recommend this company.
