Beware if you're in need of an offer and compromise from the IRS. This company took advantage of me and should not be trusted. I fell for their promise to resolve my tax situation however based on the amount I owe in taxes should have indicated that I wasn't in poverty so I would not quality for and offer and compromise. Instead they preyed on my ignorance of not knowing the qualification requirements which in a nutshell means the only way to get approved for an offer and compromise is to be living paycheck to paycheck with not enough money to make ends meet. They did the duo diligence to get the denial from the IRS however plain and simple they could have asked me a couple more questions and would have immediately known I wouldn't quality. These people are what you call HUSTLERS so please beware and don't fall victim! read more

Offer in Compromise O.I.C. It's hard to put into words because I really can't describe the feeling. It's Over. It's really over. Less than a year ago I hired Amanda and her team to help me with my IRS debt. I owed back taxes in the amount of $60,000 plus dollars and it was growing every month. No mercy, nowhere to run and no one could help. My accountant in Florida said he could help but he just kept asking for more and more money every time we talked so I just gave up on him. I looked up True Resolve Tax Professionals on Google search and started reading reviews. Reviews looked good so I called. I spoke with Dion or Devin on the phone. Sorry it's been a while so I do not remember. He said I qualified for an offer in compromise and I would most likely pay close to nothing. I had no choice but to trust him so I decided to give it a go. They were kind enough to work with me on splitting payment over 2 months so that really helped. We were in a tough spot financially and money was tight. I must say I was skeptical and this is normal for any one in my position. The price was good and the service and follow up was impeccable. Let's say flawless! Every email and call was met with a quick response. Is it possible that business people still exist that are always 100% on point? Yes!!! November 27th, 2017, I went to my mailbox and found 2 letters from the IRS. The first letter to my name only saying we have accepted your offer and the second in mine and my wife's name saying the same. Each one requesting a check for $480 USD and it would be over. I mailed the 2 letters and 2 checks last week and I am still in shock. $60 thousand dollars settled and gone for $960 total. Plus once paid all liens will be removed within 30 days. I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance. My wife and I came in at our scheduled time and saw that Amanda was with a client. After 20 minutes of waiting, I asked one of Amanda's coworkers if she knew how much longer we might have to wait. Apparently this client walked in right before us and Amanda decided to assist him instead of committing to her scheduled appointment time with us. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. We scheduled an appointment to accommodate our busy schedules, coming here was a waste of time, and extremely frustrating.
