I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with Kutler Tax Resolution. Despite the promises made to me about reducing my tax liability and payments, these commitments have not been fulfilled. The previous tax company I used managed my IRS negotiations more effectively than your team has. I chose Kutler Tax Resolution because you assured me that my monthly payments would be significantly reduced. However, this has not happened, and I am now burdened with an exorbitant monthly payment from the IRS. Kutler Tax Resolution appears to be no different from other tax resolution services that exploit vulnerable individuals like me, taking money without providing real solutions or relief. I work with Tom Konkel, I trusted you completely. I believed we had excellent communication and that you were genuinely committed to helping me. Now, I feel hurt, manipulated, and taken advantage of. Kutler Tax Resolution took my money but failed to deliver on their promises. Tom Konkel mentioned a few weeks ago that you involved the owner of Kutler Tax Resolution and assured me a better resolution would be reached. The Kutler team has amazing folks working for them. They took a lot of time communicating with me. My situation was a bit complicated due to my husband's passing who was self-employed and had handled our taxes for over 40 years. I'M BEYOND HAPPY!!! My husband and I had some tax issues for a few years. We tried to resolve them on our own with the IRS. All I can see is WOW . Unfortunately I began with Taxrise to resolve my IRS issue in April , 2023. They kept me strung out for 13 months with claims that my issue was in resolution , which was absolutely untrue resulting in the threats of levies and liens and a lot of dollars spent with them . I was referred to Kutler Tax Resolution by my accountant due to 2014 tax payments and the loss of my job. I had previously made arrangements with the IRS of payments of my taxes set at $3000.00 per month. After losing my job I couldn't fulfill the previous commitment.
