So my review will not be based on fees because I'm making the educated assumption that if you're seeking any service, you understand that you'll have to pay for it. Instead, I'm going to rate this H&R Block on experience factors. 1. Location: I love that H&R Block have a variety of stores. I've been doing my taxes with them for 5 years now and they keep my information on file and can easily access it. I've moved from Capitol Hill to Aurora to Thornton and have never once had issues finding a tax location that was close to where I lived. 2. Cleanliness: Yeah, I get it... You're not in the lobby for a really long period of time, but having comfortable chairs and space to spend some time in is important. This location was a little cramped and the chairs weren't super comfy. Bring something to pass the time. 3. Customer Service: The tax professional I met with was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. She was very willing to try running the numbers a few different ways to see how they came out and was open and honest about her time restrictions and capabilities.
