When contacted in Aug 2026 about the error was informed by Mary Flores and employee of Poppins pay it would be taken care of and those fees and penalties would be removed. They had a 30 day window to handle the issue with the State of Missouri and failed to do so. My parents received a letter Certificate of Assessment filed for $592.46. When I contacted them again today and spoke with Mary Flores again I did not feel I was going to get the help needed. My parents will now have to pay more penalties and fees and I am looking at taking legal action. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY if you are unsure how to make sure everything gets properly closed out.
