I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at Lowe's. The garden manager ( Christian Ethan Gallardo ) was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Every time I tried to explain my concern, he repeatedly told me he "didn't care" about what I had to say and refused to help me in any way. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect, even if an issue can't be resolved immediately. Instead, I felt dismissed, ignored, and completely disrespected. A manager should be setting an example for their team, not treating customers this way. I hope Lowe's addresses this type of behavior because no customer should have to deal with such poor service. Based on this experience, I will think twice before shopping at this location again. read more

Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. I don't get paid by Lowe's to work there and have to check myself out! If I wanted to be a checker at Lowe's, I would apply there. There is no one available to help with selection of goods and their prices are higher than competitors that actually have staff to help assist with selection. They show a lot of goods on line but don't have them in store. read more

Where's the option for zero stars? This location is an absolute joke. Spend your money elsewhere. I was told I can't rent a truck because I've never rented with Lowe's before. How on earth do you offer truck rental then? Also, since when do employees get to sit on their phones while on the clock in a room out of a customer's line of sight to avoid working? I'm not talking about a breakroom. Whoever she was working in the tool rental department needs a different job. Retail is not her cup of tea. This made-up policy is not listed anywhere on Lowe's Corporate site. I'll help them out. I'll call and write up my complaints so they can have a meeting and get everyone on the right page about their policies. read more

Horrible customer service. Old dude in the hardware section very rude. I rather drive down to HD, not coming back.

Last night around 8:45 my wife and I couldn't get any help buying a ceiling fan, locating a kitchen faucet and purchasing a front door. I finally found everyone hanging out at the front and had to ask for help. Today I came to pick up the front door and the door couldn't be located. The employee left to search for it and I later found her helping someone else and not helping me. I returned to the desk and waited again. 20 minutes I went and found her with my door talking to some other employees. I asked what gives and she said, here's your door. Seriously?!? Management needs to get off their tails and educate their employees on customer service and relations. Not happy with this store! read more

The store is always stocked There restrooms are cleaned They have carts available that actually work This place is always packed. The only reason why they are getting 4 stars is because they never have workers available. The workers that are here they are usually on their phone, or chitchatting somewhere all the way in the back by the wood or back aisles to avoid actual customers. read more

Like previous posters have stated, this store has everything in terms of supply. What it lacks greatly are the employees to perform the simplest tasks. I had to steal a cherry picker and strap myself in so that I could get the vanity top I needed from the top shelf. I figured 43 minutes was too long to wait in my aisle for help. I was fine with the first 42 but that 43rd wasn't happening. After another 25 minutes waiting in line to pay at pro services I went to self checkout with my two carts and once one of the items needed ID verification I found myself once again a victim to their lack of warm bodies. Now I'm over an half in as far as time spent at Lowe's. Once I finally did pay for my items there wasn't a soul around to help load the 60" bathroom vanity I purchased or the 61" vanity top. This didn't surprise me. What did surprise me is that I was able to hijack one of their lifts and get not one but two items from the top and second from tallest shelfs. This was after I found the one person working at the store in lawn & garden and they had paged someone to help me in vanities. Once the realization set in that I had either survived the apocalypse from within a Lowe's or that this place just plainly has the worst service, I knew the only person who would get my items for me, was me. read more

Lowes need to really get their charging system together. I purchased a dishwasher with warranty and installation for $905 total. There are several other holds on my back account, two for over $700 and two more. When a hold is placed, you can't use that money. If your mortgage or car note came due and the money is there oh well! Overdraft fee or late payment all because Lowes cannot control the process only holding the amount of the purchase. Seems like common sense but not at Lowes. This will be my absolute last time using them for anything. Good luck if you choose to purchase from Lowe's, make sure you have plenty of money in the bank to cover your other outstanding debts. Dishwasher was finally delivered and installed today. Since the last time I've posted, Lowes has placed a hold on my money 3-4 more time. read more

Appliance Purchase & Install - I purchased a microwave from Lowes (28005 Southwest Freeway, 77471) with an installation. The purchase was placed on 8/11/2023. At the time of the purchase, I was informed that the delivery & installation was scheduled for 8/16. I received the confirmation email from both Lowes & the third-party installer. On the day of the 16th, I was contacted by the installer asking if they needed to pick the microwave up from the store. I said yes. Once they got to the store, they were told that the microwave was not scheduled to be delivered from the manufacturer until the 31st. This was very upsetting. However, we had no choice but to wait for the delivery. Here we are on the 31st. The microwave was finally delivered but Lowes did not reschedule the installation. VERY DISAPPOINTING!. I call Lowes to question this discrepancy. They said that they would schedule the installation now. So...now I must wait for another week before I can get the microwave installed. I do not recommend Lowe to be responsible for installations. If there is a next time, I will hire a third party myself to do the installation. read more

I I waited three weeks for an order at 4:16 on the day of the delivery. I received a text. My order had been delivered, but it had not because I was there at the house waiting. I called the store and I was told it was still out for delivery. It would be there shortly at 6 o'clock. It had not showed up so I called the store again I was told they found my street but could not find my house. There are 10 houses on my ever drove down that street from Lowe's. The house is clearly marked and they delivered here before I told him I couldn't be there the next day and I was told that was too him I wanted to speak to a customer service manager and I was disconnected. I again and was told the same thing that the driver couldn't find the house and there was no way they could deliver it today. I was told I couldn't be here the following day for the delivery. I was told someone would have to be on site to pick up the delivery. I told him I couldn't do that so they put me on hold customer service manager at 7:30 PM at 9:00 PM. I was still on hold when the store closed the following morning. I got a text telling me that my order was scheduled for delivery today when I called the store again to tell them that I was not gonna be here. They said well someone scheduled it to be delivered today told him no it's not what I said. I said I would not be here. They said I would have to talk to a customer service manager, and someone would call me back. This is the worst customer service. Worst Lowe's. I have ever done with. I will file a complaint with the corporate office. read more

Just left the Lowes store in Rosenberg, if you are looking to make a purchase and need help, this is NOT the place to go. I was having a hard time loading 3/4" plywood by myself while 4 Lowes employees were about 20' away and did not offer any help. But then again 3 of them were busy, 2 of them were physically swinging a third employee by his arms and legs while the 4th one watched and laughed. After they finished "playing", they immediately got on their phone. There attitude and work ethic is a reflection of their management, which in this case is not good. read more

Rude Service. Don't offer curbside when they offer on the app and online. If I could give zero stars I would, ordered 15k in special order cabinets. Cabinet designer was Awesome however, when problems started to arise the manager Irma did absolutely nothing. To help the situation. Had to get the District Manager Patrick Johnson involved to get things taken care of. After refund was issued I called the store to get a touch up kit for my cabinets and was told by Manager Irma that I was cut off and that I would have to pay for something ghat typically comes included when you buy $15,000 dollars in special order cabinets. Needless to say they won't be getting my next cabinet orders and my Lowe's card will be cut up and cancelled! read more

My wife and I went to LOWES to purchase a double wall oven, after waiting around for the two ladies who were talking to each other to look up and recognize we were standing there we told them what we needed. Before I could finish talking the youngest of the two started repeating the word No over and over again. No No No she said "We do NOT have anything is stock and no idea when we will be getting any double wall ovens in!" she then went on to say "They are special order products and it would take 4 months if we could get them, but we can't." Keep in mind we were asking about the models that were on display not a non-stock oven. After a short conversation in which these two ladies repeated over and over again LOWES was unable to supply us the ovens without at least a 3-4 month delay, we left the store very disappointed. Later that day while out shopping my wife went to a Home Depot just to see what they would say. Conversely the lady in the Appliance department apologized saying they did not have any wall ovens in stock, but if my wife could wait a minute she would see when they were schedule to be delivered. She identified that there would be a delivery in May and assisted my wife is setting up an installation team to come and measure the space and set up for the install once the ovens arrived. We understand that there is an issue with inventory and that a wait was a real possibility but to just say NOPE! We can't help you, truly shows a complete lack of willingness to be helpful an demonstrates a culture of whatever is easiest for me not what is helpful to our customers, which fly's in the face of the marketing we see on commercials that LOWES is here to help. read more

What an absolute joke this place is. Bought a very expensive washer dryer set, promised free install but they don't tell you that you have to buy all new connections (which pays for the install *trick*) then the washer doesn't work and takes almost a week to replace. Promised a discount amount over the phone that changed when I was asked to come in to pick up cash (nothing sketchy going on here). I would recommend you make the trip down to Home Depot where they don't try to rip you off. I'll never spend another cent in Lowes again. read more

Just another example of employees that do not care about customer service. One person helping a customer in the appliance desk while four other stand around talking and not helping. I bought a light weight 48" folding table , I WAS told to pull up they would load it. Eventually (very slow week night 9pm) 2 Lowes employees, amble one watching put in trunk, then announced truck would not close. They did not offer to tie it down, but suggested I get some twine. Then another customer entering store saw dilemma and said " just turn it length ways" as he proceeded to do exactly that himself, the 2 Lowes employees simply ambled off together and let the man eventually PUT It In Back seat. I went back into store spoke w mgr, explained a customer did his employees job. He registered no surprise, no apology no remedy. read more

Upper management needs to try HomeDepots curbside, so much better and this shouldn't be the case you are a better company. I don't really shop here much. The first time I went to this location I did have a good experience there was a really nice helpful lady. Since we moved out here though, the workers are really oblivious to customers. They have crummy attitudes and act like it's an inconvenience to assist with any kind of help. At checkout the cashiers have funky attitudes throwing my stuff in the bag after they scan it. This location does stay really busy so I can see why management just hires anyone turnover must be high as well. Maybe all Lowe's are the same? I don't know but I loathe coming to this one. It's a minute from my house so it's convenient unfortunately. read more

Terrible service. It was such a disappointment coming here and I will make sure to personally never show face here ever again. The man Jimmy was extremely disrespectful to me and made me feel stupid. I was coming in to ask about a product for my home and which brand would be better, but unfortunately I was talked down to by a man that categorizes himself as smart and one of the best Assistant Store Managers. Sure he knew what he was doing, but no need to give customers attitude and make them feel less than when they're the ones buying from the company he works for. Everything else about this store was good, seemed organized and had good quality products. In conclusion to my story, I ended up walking out with frustration and embarrassment, all because I asked about a product for my home from some low-life employee that thinks he's better than everyone else. So disappointed. I would've had a much better experience having been helped by any, and i mean ANY other employee in this store. After asking two more young men working, they did give me a more respectful response, but I couldn't shake the negative backhanded comments I received, and hope this man gets removed from this store and is never allowed to walk into any others in request for a job. This is a great company, but instead of hiring everyone, be more careful in choosing the character you decide to display as your employees that help customers. read more

I have been shopping at Lowes in Rosenberg for years. We own rental property and it would not be uncommon to make a purchase once a week. There are some employees there that have been very helpful but I have seen a major decline in service. The store now is more disorganized than ever. I seldom get to an aisle that does not have areas blocked or I can't get to the product because there is a ladder in the way or they are restocking. The employees used to ask if you need help, Now, I mostly seem them gathered in groups talking about there weekends & then try not to make eye contact. I ordered from the Lowes Pro Service I was pleased with the discount but if you ever try to reach someone in the department it is a nightmare !! I must have called 5 or 6 times and each time I'm transfer but no answer and then your back to the operator. I think I will just go to Home Depot in the future. read more

Lowe's is all about customer service... I went in for some specific items and the associate asked me simply if I was finding everything ok. Being in kind of a rush, i told him exactly what i was looking for and he walked me to it and even began to show me the lower cost items explaining the unnecessary extras that drive the cost up. He left me with a feeling that i was making an educated decision about my purchase. Thanks buddy! read more

Husband was unable to return an item with a receipt because according to policy his ID was linked to too many returns. It seemed fishy so my husband continued to ask questions because he felt there may have been a mix up since he hasn't been to Lowe's in months. Instead of a simple explanation, he got an attitude from the CSR. He requested to speak to the Manager. Management is substandard. She came with the same attitude. It was borderline "ghetto". Clearly not management material. They wouldn't even tell him the date of his last return. Things didn't line up and all he asked for was an explanation. It turns out the two women he dealt with were Doretta and Terry when I called back for names. I guess they believe the have the right to claim to be a manager to customers. We will never shop here again nor will refer our customers to this store. Way to treat your Veterans! read more

. I'm reaching out to let you know how extremely disappointed in your store. I ordered a refrigerator 2 weeks before I needed it to have delivered only to not receive it and then I have to call your store to see why it wasn't delivered. Only for them to tell me they didn't have it in stock for another month or so. Then y'all tried to compensate me by giving me the one off the floor only for it to be damaged and scratched up and I paid 2400 dollars for it! Then two days later the same thing happened with my washer and dryer. I ordered it and expected delivery and then the store tells me again it's not in stock after they allowed me to purchase it. The only reason I purchased this specific washer and dryer because that is the one they claimed was only in stock and cost 200 more for each one. And I am currently still waiting on it. I'm reaching out because I need assistance and would like to speak to someone higher up because apparently the store managers can't help me and I just have to wait. One of the managers has tried to assist me but his word hasn't meant much! This is the worst experience I've had at any store and if I could give it ZERO STARS I would! read more

If I could give no stars I would, the store is a mess and their customer service is TERRIBLE. Don't even bother asking for help because the people that work the floor don't know anything about anything or where to find the product you are looking for and will just walk off in the middle of assisting you if they don't know where the product is located instead of trying to find another associate that may be able to help. read more

Ordered a generator for curbside pickup, they had 51 in stock when I ordered it. I arrive at the Lowes in Rosenberg, TX and call to check on my order status only to find that even though the app said it was in progress they had actually decided to cancel my order. Then they updated my order status to indicate I cancelled the order for the reason "no longer wanted the item". This is an absolute and outright lie by Lowes. I did not cancel my order. If you are in need of an emergency item let this serve as a warning that Lowes does not care. Had to order a generator online through Amazon, but it won't arrive for at least 3-4 days. I plan to take my business elsewhere in the future instead of gambling on the shady practices of Lowes. read more

I have a client in the Needville/Rosenberg area. This particular Lowe's has been an excellent source for these somewhat rural areas. Today, however, I had the pleasure of being helped by Mr. Dennis Vandekerckhove, a sales specialist in the flooring department. His no-nonsense-straight-shooting approach to products and his excellent product knowledge guided me with ease as I calculated and selected my client's tiles and tile accessories. He is definitely an asset to this store, as well as the Lowe's Home Improvement franchise. A side note: It was highly professional of Dennis to provide me his Lowe's business card, which provided his name, title, the store's address and phone number, as well as Dennis' Lowe's email address. This should serve as an example to other "big box" stores in providing excellent customer service. In addition, based upon my past experience in this particular Lowe's store, I believe the store management is well skilled in hiring and training excellent sales staff...from the department sales assistants to the cashiers. I have had pleasant experiences with both. Today, however, was exemplary service. Also, the manager on duty today was equally helpful. I regret that I did not catch his name. Thank you, Dennis and the Manager on Duty!! read more

I will never shop at Lowe's in Rosenberg again. I've given them too many chances but I've had it! 1st, I purchased a riding mower that gave me issues so I took it back within 7 days and instead of simply taking it off of my account, they gave me gift cards that I couldn't apply to my account, which meant I had a bill for something that I no longer owned. Then I purchased a weed eater, with a warranty. The 1st one was defective so I returned it immediately for a new one. After less than 2 yrs later (within the warranty time period) the replacement weed eater fell apart where the two parts connect. So, since I had purchased a warranty I took it back to Lowe's in Rosenberg. The assistant manager, Mr Gibson, said there nothing he could do because there was no manager on-site who could override the transaction because they were both off on this day. Really? The only managers with approval authority are both off at the same time? What kind of sense does that make? It's a total inconvenience. Anyway, Mr Gibson threw up his hands and told me to go to the Sugarland store. The other manager, Monica, did attempt to assist, after coming off of her lunch break early. When I got to the Sugarland store I was told that when I took the 1st weed eater back, that counted as an exchange and invalidated the warranty, which doesn't make sense because it didn't break during usage. It never worked in the 1st place so I exchanged it for one that worked. The manager did give me a $20 discount on a new weed eater but I wasn't able to purchase a warranty because apparently the discount made the new one ineligible for a warranty. Really? Why? I don't know or understand that logic. I'm hoping someone contacts me and explains it to me. I am so disappointed in Lowe's. Since I don't shop at Home Depot I guess Amazon will be getting all of my business. read more
