Very typical Lowes store. Staffing is pretty light, but you can't really blame the store for that since we are In a worker shortage and all. If I can give them a zero star, I would. Went to the store and ordered some custom blinds on 8/21; told it will be delivered and installed early September; then later I was told it won't be made until late October, too late for us. Fine, went to store again on September 4th and the manager, Matt, said he has contacted the vendor and canceled this order and we placed another order with a different brand. He said since the vendor confirmed it's canceled, he should be issue the refund soon and will get back to us after the weekend. He never did. Called a few times the following week since I didn't see the refund, long hold every time and always told me they confirmed with the vendor it's canceled but somehow it's still not showing canceled in their system for a refund. On Thursday, another manager, Jeff, said he opened an IT ticket and need to wait for that to be resolved before they can refund. Called again today Saturday and Jeff pretty much said he did all he can, he doesn't know when it will be resolved and if I have a problem, call corporate customer service. I did and after one hour hold, was told the escalation team is busy and maybe they will call me back today. What a mess of store, they don't care about the customer at all. The delivery driver actually told me, "WE KNEW IT HAD A CHIP IN IT, BUT MY BOSS SAID TO BRING IT ANYWAY AND SEE IF YOU WOULD STILL TAKE IT." Who knowingly sends a DAMAGED countertop to a customer and hopes they'll just accept it? The driver noted that I rejected it - but in their SYSTEM it says the countertop was not returned and won't be refunded. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering a large or special-order purchase through this store. Ladies Do not use Lowes for appliances!!! I bought my dryer from Lowes in March after waiting 3 weeks with much back and forth They finally showed up with the wrong dryer!!! It also was on Memorial Day and my husband is a veteran, my husband and I were shocked! We bought the dishwasher anyway! Well delivery day came and the dishwasher was put in The installer left and I went to work Here the dishwasher was leaking all day long Leaked into my kitchen and then down to my basement! The only way to stop it was to go to the circuit breaker I went to my basement and realized that too was soaked and much damage was done! Ruined my sofa Ruined my desk and computer as these items are beneath the dishwasher in my basement. When I got home from work at 7:00 I was exited to go use my dishwasher and to my demise I slid across the kitchen floor onto my booty from the water that was running all day long!!! I called Lowe's sad and upset as anyone would be and the assistant manager said he had a bad day and didn't need to deal with this and hung up on me!! I then called back and got a nice man names Sam who was helpful and cared! He said they would bring me a new dishwasher tomorrow Well tomorrow came and a service company came to take the dishwasher without a new one and also said he couldn't remove it because it is installed! Unless you are buying individual items and self cashing out I cannot recommend Lowes. I made the mistake of purchasing cabinets from them because they had the finish I wanted, however, in the past I wrote them off before. I ordered $65,000.00 in cabinets. It sounded so elurring with the discounts, but it is all just a pure game. The designers are inadequate. They are responsible for too much and they are not versed in their layouts so there are extensive problems that arise when the installers come to put them in. This lends to a lot of extra cost to try to get your kitchen completed. I paid for a cabinet front on the refrigerator and ended up paying $450.00 because their installer would not put it on! I paid for glass door upper cabinets but the glass was not included! Key cabinets were not included in the design that when the cabinets are installed in real life, they are needed and an experienced cabinet designer would know. I ordered the cabinets in November. They called me with the final price and when I went in to pay there was nobody who could take my check or knew about the order! I tried making it on my credit card and it would not go through. I made the payment with a check and it was not applied and the cabinets were not released for manufacturer. It is now August 8th and I still do not have all my cabinets installed and I will not have them for two more weeks. If the selection or the pricing seem to good to be true, or if you think that maybe it won't happen to you, please reconsider. I may be waiting an entire year to have a finished kitchen and all I did was think, jeez, it cannot be that bad...IT IS! Diamond Cabinets are not worth the time and when you are finished with the cost you should have had custom cabinets installed. It is truly a joke. I tried making complaints to their corporate on many occasions and they did not even get back to me. I had to throw a fit in their store to get my cabinets released. The stress was truly awful. Website said deliver to store in 4 weeks. 5 weeks later i interacted multiple times in person and on phone with Titusville Lowes. Was told i needed to contact vendor myself and Lowes had no contact info ! Luckily it was easy to find online so I called the screen door company who confirmed a purchase order. But they never ship individual doors . It would have to arrive with a larger order from Lowe's. After many calls to Lowes in Titusville i was told they do not order doors . They just arrive from the Lowe's distribution warehouse no one knows when. I spent days callung various employees, waiting to hear from management, never got a call back and was finally told they had no way to find out when the corporation might be ordering doors again. I called the store the girl who answered didn't seem shocked and just said they would swap it. The procedure requires them to pick it up get it back and then have me wait a week or more to get a new one she said. Made an appointment a week ago the have the contractor come measure out for a sliding door. So Friday comes around nobody showed, 4 hours of my life wasted. I visited this Lowe's on Saturday June 27 around 2pm. tl;dr; If you, or your family are in a risk group for Covid-19, do not visit this store. The young people working here have zero concern for wearing their masks properly, maintaining social distancing, or sanitizing anything. Many of the employees wearing their masks around the store kept their noses exposed or were wearing masks that were so large, you could easily see their mouth and nose through the gap. Most had their mask pulled down under their chin. The relatively few older (30+) employees I saw appeared to be wearing their masks properly. If there are store rules regarding the safety precautions set out by the CDC and commonwealth of Pennsylvania regarding the Covid-19 pandemic, they were not followed or enforced at this store by most of the employees. I left after spending most of my time in the store avoiding employees.but searching for what I needed and failing to locate even 1/2 of the supplies I needed. It is possible that I just didn't find what I needed, but I didn't feel safe asking for assistance. In contrast, I went to another Home Improvement store after and found that all of the employees were wearing their masks properly and were even encouraging customers to do the same. Been going to Lowe's for years, usually very good experience. We were in the market for oriental style rugs and runners. After looking online and ordering $1300 worth of rugs and rug pads that said they were in stock, order received and a arrival date given; the order was cancelled without any reason why. After calling the customer service department ( the lady was great ) she looked and told us she didn't know why it was cancelled because shes seeing all those items were listed as in stock. She suggested we just cancel the previous order and she would re- order everything for us. She placed the order, reviewed it with us and gave us an arrival date. We received confirmation via an email that the order was confirmed and gave us the same arrival date as the nice customer service lady. We were happy. Later that day, we received another cancellation notice. We were no longer happy. I wrote corporate a letter and explained what happened to us ( Twice! ). That was a week ago and I've heard nothing from them. Honestly, my wife and I have over the past twenty years spent over $15000.00 ( AT LEAST! ) worth of purchases at Lowe's. No more! After the measurements were taken, I called to try to get an estimate and schedule the installation. I have called 5 times. No one will provide a quote. I frequently get disconnected. The one time I did speak to someone he needed to call me back. He did call back, I missed the call, and he left no contact information. I would not recommend them to anyone at all! Originally ordered 2 appliances 12/16/2023 and was given a delivery date of 12/28/2023. The night of 12/27/23, my delivery was confirmed by Lowes, so I cleared out my old appliances. Then I got a call the morning of the scheduled delivery that my appliances would not arrive and they could not be rescheduled until 2/1/2024. I reassembled everything so I could live in my house the intervening months of delay. Today is 1/31/2024, so I called Lowes to confirm my delivery tomorrow. I was informed that my appliances are not even in their warehouse, though they "might arrive" that night for my delivery the next day. Inexplicably, no one at Lowes could call the vendor to find out if the appliances were even being shipped out to the warehouse to get ready for delivery. I was told I had to wait another 24 hours to get the answer to that question. I pointed out to the "customer service" person that I would not get that answer until AFTER this second scheduled delivery date - meaning my delivery was not arriving yet again, after a month and half delay from original date. Next person (customer service "manager") up the food chain "expedited" my concern, but I was again told it would be another 24 hours for a reply. Finally, I received a phone call from someone who seemed to be the only non-condescending, and well informed person working for Lowes that day. She is in their warehouse, was very understanding and helpful researching where my 2 month delayed appliances might be. At last an intelligent conversation and someone to actually worked to resolve my concerns. My appliances were not arriving. In fact one has now been discontinued and is no longer available or even on their website. A different model will be available in August (8+ months out). The other appliance could be delivered once she canceled the order for the item that was no longer available. Apparently it was holding up the delivery until it magically appeared. By accepting just the one appliance, I would lose a significant "2-for" discount from the manufacturer. She was kind enough to stay on the phone with me while I checked out Lowes' competitor's (HD) pricing and availability to decide if I still wanted to reschedule the one appliance from Lowes. HD it is. Both appliances scheduled for delivery within 48 hours by the competitor (we shall see...). This is the third time I have dealt with Lowes misrepresenting goods and services. Customer Service has gone totally down hill over the last couple of years. Lowes really needs to look at their customer service training, get someone to update items on their website to match stock availability and accurate descriptions, and improve their supply chain management and delivery scheduling. If you are deciding on purchasing new appliances, I recommend not using Lowes. We upgraded our kitchen and purchased a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine for a cost of over $3000. The refrigerator was delivered and the area was tight and the installers left and we had to place in the area. The stove was delivered and afterwards we smelled gas. The installer told us this is normal. The next day we still smelled the gas and called told us someone will come out to disconnect it. They did but they were told not to hook it back as it was not on their work order. We had to wait @ 1 week before it was hooked up. They told us it was originally hooked up wrong. Of course, this could have caused sickness or worse an explosion. The microwave was installed and the vent had exposed wires and they told us we need to hire someone to take care of it. There were no wires exposed prior to the low's installer. The washing machine we needed asap as ours broke down. When we ordered it, they said it would be there on 12/9. when we checked out it said 12/16. Only on the 15th they called to confirm the delivery and on the 16 the they called and said they had no order for a washing machine. After being on the phone for over an hour and reading the receipt info they had to reschedule for the 21st. And when we charged out for the washing machine, we had a $190 rebate from the other appliances. I brought the rebate notice printed out, and they said no money was on it. The two women that charged it out tooth 35 minutes. They surely did not know what they were doing. And in addition, they applied for an American Express business credit card without our authorization. I think they call this fraud. In total we went back to the Oaks lowes 2 more times, called lowes customer service and installation service and was on the phone for over 3 hours total. Had to go out to eat as the stove could not be used. Had to go to the laundromat 3 times due to the delay of the washing machine. There was no customer service, everyone we talked to told us it was another department. After every thing was done, they contacted us and for all the aggravation, delays inconveniences, danger, and incompetence they gave us an insulting $33 credit. I had such a great experience working with Nic Silva--project specialist--exteriors...I had to leave a review. I wanted to replace three doors in my home; two exterior doors and one interior. I went to the Lowe's in Newbury Park browsed around and decided to have someone out to discuss my options. Nic Silva was on time and was in no hurry to make a sale. It was customer service all the way! It became a bit of a challenge as I had to go through my association but Nic was helpful throughout the process. The order is in, I'm excited to get the doors installed, even though it will be a bit of time. They are customized so patience is required. I'll post another review after the doors are installed, so you can all see a before and after. Hired them to replace an existing fence, which was installed with crooked cuts, boards not even properly nailed down, a gate not level so it can't even open in and one side of the gate was just hung off an existing ten year old fence line. Do not trust Lowe's , they have a campaign of deception going on right now. They are not a US based company they are from Canada sold out last November in 2022. I ordered windows from these people on September 20th 2023. Of course I got a bill statement also the charge on my credit card. I was told to win this would be in in 1 month. I called the pro service desk where I ordered them spoke to one of the so-called professionals. The exact same person who took my order to begin with. At this point in time a month later I'm informed they canceled my order it was suspended to use their words. At no time did anybody try and call my company back to let us know that the windows were suspended or canceled is a better word to use. The point I want to make very clear here is the neglect and inconsideration of not contacting the person who is responsible for paying this bill to let them know your order has been canceled but we haven't canceled your payment. After multiple attempts to contact managers assistant managers, no one will return a phone calls. When I finally did get a hold of the assistant manager she decided to play politics she was not going to answer if the windows were ordered or were not ordered. This is where this assistant manager was content on leaving the whole matter. After filing a complaint, then and only then I got an answer to the windows were canceled. Now readers keep in mind I'm a contractor who installs windows not for Lowe's independent I'm working with a customer who wants information meanwhile Lowe's is withholding information playing politics and will not give a straight answer. After about 12 hours day 3 I still have not got a confirmation on where these windows are or if they're even being made or what's going on. Again readers the point is they never called to let me know that they were suspended or canceled at any given time. Now the reason why I ordered these windows since September is because I wanted to install them before winter. I finally had the manager Bob from Lowe's tell me that no we did not order your windows and we're going to go out of our way to call the factory and have them expedite these and we're going to try and have them in here by November 10th. Well you know by this time I don't believe them let alone want to install Windows in cold weather. So readers keep in mind no windows were ordered but yet I was charged for them and expected to pay for Windows that have not been ordered. Now keep in mind this is Lowe's not home Depot. They supposedly sent us a gift card twice but still didn't not receive it, but I got email july 7th saying I would receive it the next day , now July 20 we have not received our gift card for New washer. I talked to a few people on the phone and they were nothing but rude. I do not recommend getting their protection plan ! read more

I made an online order to be delivered and when they delivered they left off the post that I had ordered. I called twice to find out about it and they keep saying they will call back within 24 hours but never call back. On the pallet they did deliver, 2 of the 8 bags of pebbles were ripped open and spilling out and one of the paver stones was broken in half. They also tore up my front yard delivering the pallet. Ordered a new refrigerator and paid for delivery. 1st refrigerator showed up scratched and damaged. Second refrigerator also showed up damaged. It took my wife and I each making multiple calls every day for an entire week to get someone to agree to replace the second damaged refrigerator. Every call involved at least 20 minutes on hold, being shuffled around from customer service, to appliances, to internet orders, and ended with a promise that we would be called back. We were never called back. At one point we were even told that the only way to get a new fridge would be to put in a new order for another fridge, pay for delivery again, and pay to have the damage refrigerator returned for a refund. After a week of stress and several hours of wasted time, we finally got hold of a manager that agreed we should get what we paid for. As an added irritant, the delivery company damaged a light fixture on my house and Lowes would not accept responsibility for the damage because it was done by the delivery company. However, I did not hire or select this company, Lowes did, so I don't have any leverage, yet Lowes put it on me to make even more phone calls to the company they sent to my house. read more

5 stars - the people that work here are great - always nice and knowledgeable 1 stars - forget calling and getting through in a timely manner - needed the answer to a simple question and was put on hold by the appropriate department for 35 minutes! Tried calling 4 or 5 other departments on a separate phone while on hold - never got anyone to pick up. This store needs a customer service department that answers the phone. read more

Ordered a sink in June. It's now September. When we called Lowe's for an update, they said, "We don't do that. You need to call the vendor." But hold on, we ordered the sink through Lowe's. Lowe's is now the vendor. Where is my sink? "You're going to have to call the vendor, we don't do that." You must be out of your mind doing business like this. YOU put the item up for sale through YOUR organization. This is YOUR responsibility, you second rate hacks. I'll gladly start driving to ACE Hardware. I have 4 properties. I've spent a lot of money in your store since 2009. That ended today. When did customer service stop serving the customer? This is disgusting. You cant be bothered to help someone who spent their money with your organization. Unbelievable. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Let me preface this by saying: I know about products liability because I've been working in this area as a lawyer for years. Do not tell me your accountability ends upon sale of a product to a consumer. This is exactly what Lowe's did with each of the four appliances that I bought from them at the same time--each of which I had a problem with and each of which took weeks to resolve and only AFTER I called them multiple times and stepped away from my work. Customer service does not exist here--let me tell you, if you aren't a fan of Home Depot--you'll LOATHE Lowe's. The employees here act like they are there for free and that everything they do for you is a favor you don't deserve. They act like YOU are wasting their time when in fact they should be paying YOU as the customer for picking up all of their slack and for correcting all of their mistakes. The appliances department is incredibly, incredibly, incredibly rude. The manager--Tom--even ruder and prejudiced. They have an answer lined up for you before you even start speaking. They look at you lifelessly and hopelessly. I left that place feeling so terrible and so hurt that my time and my grievances were not heard. The only person that is helpful in that place is Fran. "This is not how Lowe's does business." This is what she said to me for each of the three appliances that I had trouble with, and it was my mistake for not going to her for my fourth appliance. She is a very sweet woman and has had to apologize on Lowe's behalf on more than one occasion. But unfortunately, not even she can change my mind about the fact that I will NEVER do business with Lowe's. Best Buy it is from now on. read more

Scheduled to have four appliances deliveries to a business address. Failure to deliver on all three days they had it scheduled. While selling out paid for business fridge out from under us, failures to provide ANY calls about the situation even AFTER calling at 5:30 in the morning to confirm this equipment will arrive, placed on hold and left there while asking to speak to a supervisor(XPO). Complete and utter failure in all directions and a blatant refusal to make it right. We had staff waiting for these deliveries three separate days in order to open a business. read more
