I definitely recommend this company.

There was a great deal of mowers to choose from. We have 16 acres with some hills. We were helped right away and were schooled on all the capabilities on the mowers. We ordered one that day. I joked about a military discount and did in fact receive one! The mower was delivered and the guy explained how to use the mower. I hear that the company will come and get your mower in th Winter and do maintenance on it. This is HUGE as we don't own a trailer. We bought a recliner from Lovin's but it has issues right away. When I called to have a repairman…read morecome and look at it they said they would call their repair people to set up a time to come. It took weeks and several calls to get someone here. He took the chair apart and said he would try to order new parts. The repair company - Furniture Pros - is not local. We heard nothing for weeks, weren't even sure parts WERE ordered. Several calls to Lovin's and emails/calls to Furniture Pros and finally parts were shipped to us. Then we had to schedule a time for repairman to come. They just tell you what day, no time frame. He replaced ALL the mechanics in the "new" chair. So much for product quality control! Every time I called Lovin's they said all they could do was email someone, they didn't have a phone number. Will never go back here again, and neither will our relatives!

It was fixed, a bad switch he replaced, and a bill for darned near the cost of a brand new vac...no call, no estimate, no anything of what he said he would do BEFORE fixing it. My friend paid the bill and brought me the vac.
