I was harassed today by an employee named Yates in the parking lot…read more I visited this Lowe's because they had some dewalt tool kits on sale so I purchased the rest of the kits for our company and it seemed like the employee, which was an older gentleman named Yates, was upset that I did so. It seems as though these Lowe's employees intentionally hide/stock their top shelves with clearance items so that they can purchase them at a discounted cost on their own time and do not list these items for clearance or sale on their own sales floor. Since I knew these items were on clearance, the tool department was upset because they couldn't purchase them for themselves when I came to buy them all. I ended up spending $1500 on 7 dewalt tools sets and the male Employee Yates stalked me to my car to take a picture of my license plate because he was so upset that the pile of tools he was hiding for his own personal gain was found by a paying customer. When I rolled down the window to ask him why he was taking a picture of my vehicle he said it was because he collects "random pictures of vehicles". I called the store manager and spoke to Adam who said he'd handle the situation. I'll be following up with the district manager to make sure this employee is properly dealt with for the creepy/unprofessional behavior. Completely unnecessary to follow a paying customer who is spending a good chunk of change on their merchandise, horrible look for Lowe's as a whole.

My wife and I spent over three hours trying to get all the items we purchased, and not a single employee offered to help. Corporate needs to take serious action -- either retrain the entire staff or reconsider the future of this store. This location needs major improvement in customer service. Feel free to reach out to me directly. Thank you for your attention.

How does this place not have a review???? This company has been around for years. They used to be…read morelocated on 7th Avenue. They've moved off Spartanburg highway now. Slightly less convenient location, but truth be known, I'd drive 50 miles more if needed. First off, these employees are super nice! And it's not just "hi", "have a nice day". They're just exceptionally nice. Also, they're crazy helpful. I walk in the door and show the gentleman what I need. He says "oh, that's a union brass diverter valve, come down here, I'll show you where it is" what I didn't tell him it's I spent two weeks figuring out who the original manufacturer was! Should've just come here to begin with. I typically only shop at Lowe's. Lowe's didn't have what I needed. From now on, I'm coming here for any plumbing need I have regardless if Lowe's has it or not!!! . Thanks guys!

This is how hardware stores used to be. You want to buy one of something, fine. They also have…read moresome of the odd supplies and materials needed in maintaining older homes that you will not find at the big box stores. Their staff is also most helpful and I think they know everything about hardware, plumbing, pumps, power tools and more. Plus they can make custom glass and screens, or repair the ones you might need. I still use a pair of custom aluminum framed windows to fit in my odd dimensioned awning style windows in the winter for added insulation. I think it is also the only place around here to find the unique hardware items used in mobile homes
