I called in advance. Ensured the product was in stock and let them know I had questions and was on my way. The Festool guy asked two other peeps to answer my questions, including a phone handler who said she didn't know anything about the product. After the second staff told the Festool guy I had questions, he grudgingly came over. Pretty sure I was being marginalized cuz I am a chick. Really don't enjoy being treated poorly when I come to spend $500. We won't be back. I can be dissed for free.

Terry was very friendly and honest when I walked in for the first time. Very detailed about was included in an annual service check up for my mower and how long before I could get my mower back. Not only did they change the oil, sharpen the blade and change out the plug, they did a thorough check of the mower to make sure everything was working as it should be. What they found, and the three previous service shops did not check, was my self propelled motor was not working properly. He said they would have to replace the transmission. Quoted $70 for the job. Brought the mower back one week later for the new transmission. Three days later picked it up. Terry charged me $4. He found it was only a broken plastic bracket that was causing the problem. Wow!! And each time my mower was in his shop, they cleaned it before returning the mower to me. Great service, honesty, and reasonable prices. Can't get any better than that. Thank you, Terry.

We picked up the unit on 10/04 in the evening around 4pm and sent him a picture of the unit on the trailer; shortly after we requested the deposit payment of $150.00. Phillip Edwards responded and said he would make the payment in the morning. I've called a few times where he answered and confirmed he would make the payment and at the moment we have not received anything. We picked up the unit in a timely manner and delivered accordingly ensuring it was secured properly and insured during the trip. All we ask for is to honor his word and pay the service that was provided. I'm sure he does not like having to chase someone to make payment for a job he's performed!!!
