The delivery first included the wrong doors for some of the cabinets, which had to be re-ordered. Of course, I just waited for them to come because of course what else can you do? After installing cabinets i discovered that $1500 in decorative end panels had not been delivered. I asked for the panels to be sent. I was told 6-8 weeks. This was early May. Well its September 13. No panels. Two different times I patiently requested the replacements -- both times I was told repeatedly, for weeks, the items were ordered and would be delivered. In 6-8 weeks, then it was only 2 weeks away and then 2 days. On Wednesday I was told the infamous panels would be there that afternoon. But alas, no. But yesterday the store Manager Haleigh said Good News!! They actually were ordered this week, Sept 11, and will be here in 3 more weeks. Maybe. Or in a month. If Diamond wants to. Pretty please? It's hard to know whether Lowe's is grossly incompetent or simply lies to customers as a matter of course. Or both. Either way in my opinion: Don't buy anything at Lowe's. Let's run them out of town. And maybe get a reputable business in their place. Home Depot can pick up that space cheap. I don't think it can get much worse. Also, I can not recommend the Diamond cabinets. Awful experience. UPDATE: Lowes reached out about this review on Google. I thought oh great maybe someone will.do something. Nope. Nothing Boycot Lowe's!

They let me special order my chicks, and had them delivered with their usual spring shipment. All 12 of my chicks are still alive, and healthy. They all seem to be hens thus far, which is what I ordered. It is really rare that a rooster does not get mixed in with a hen order, and even more rare that all the chicks make it through the first couple of weeks. If you are interested in poultry, stop by and chat with these folks. They have one of the best bee keeping supply selections I have seen in a store, and information on the local bee keeping club. I am giving them 5 stars based on their exceptional animal husbandry support. If they don't have a good answer, they will call a friend, or give you a neighbor's phone number. It is that sort of place. You can also buy hardware, seeds, tires, auto supplies, garden plants, and gasoline at this coop. They will usually leave shoppers to browse in peace unless one looks confused, and they always carry my purchases to my car.

Nobody had any until I called my local store, Dandridge hardware I was so excited. I told them I'd be there as soon as I could get out the door. I told him it wouldn't look pretty and I'm handicap, but I need that stuff right away and I'd be right there not only they put my name on it. They put it at the desk. They carried it out to my car after I paid for it and they were the only place that had what I needed and I got it way before time and it is fixed and very happy so thank you for being so helpful . Dryer is up and drying thank you all getting it carried out to my car was an added bonus they must've known with the cane. I was really exhausted. I so appreciate y'all so much thanks again.
