The customer service with iDesign Granite was wonderful. JJ came out and measured the kitchen with…read morea laser. I was concerned about some of the dimensions when the drawing came back and emailed to ask about them. Nicole responded almost instantly and had the drafter check his drawing. He didn't have any concerns, so JJ came back out and measured with me with a tape measure. I'd misunderstood some details of the drawing, but JJ wasn't impatient or angry. He insisted that it was much better to double check if I had a concern. The installation team came out a week later with our BEAUTIFUL Brazilian soapstone countertops. They encountered a problem, though. Our cabinets weren't level. At all. They attempted to shim the countertops, but the gap was going to be too big. JJ came out and looked it over and offered to take the countertops back to the shop or store them at my house while we leveled the cabinets. I called him the next day to tell him that the cabinets were level now and they came out on a Saturday and installed the countertops. Even with us being kind of a problem customer (not rude, just had installation issues), the entire team was kind and accommodating. At first I thought JJ was the measurement guy. He was unassuming, kind to explain, and patient. Turns out he owns the company! Talk about setting an example.

I love the way my granite looks and the installers were efficient and neat, but they broke a drain…read morereturn pipe at my bar sink INSIDE the wall. The drain plumbing was detached from the countertops when they removed the old counter, so they must have stepped on it or otherwise hit it. They did not tell me that they broke the pipe while they were here and I am now having to pay my plumber 2.5 times the amount I should have had to pay to get the plumbing back in order.

This has got to be the worst Lowes in existence. I live close by so I naturally gravitate here…read more But, if you need help of any kind or expertise, you better go to Central Park. I asked for help with a washer inside my outdoor faucet. The young man in the washer/dryers was of no help and told me the man who knew was at lunch. He had no apology or concern when I told him people would be going elsewhere after his answer. Do they hire people that are still "warm"? Or, barely breathing? I had a problem last year in the same department. I bought a washer and dryer from Home Depot instead.

Me and my family just had a bad experience with one of the stores employees who's in charge of…read morewashers and dryers section. The employee is Hispanic and my wife yesterday on June 4 was inquiring about buying a washer and dryer. The employee, a Hispanic, listened to my wife and start talking to her in Spanish in which other customers were around and thought my wife couldn't speak English. I went to the store after work to purchase the washer/ dryer and the same salesman was not there and had to wait 15 minutes while other Lowe employees came to help me find or call him, he didn't show up. They told him what I was wearing so he could come over to me. After 15 minutes, he showed up but another person came into the section and he went to them and spent another 15 minutes in which the person was asking him on information not buying anything. I had enough and went to the customer service counter. I informed the employee that I wanted to buy the washer and dryer. I told them that I wanted to speak to the floor manager and they told me that the assistant manager was on their way. I didn't want to deal with the appliances employee however he followed me to the desk and hung around the desk while in the background other customers were waiting for him. I didn't want to deal with but he wanted to hear my conversation. Also, he told my wife that he would deliver the machines by Friday. The salesperson at customer service told me that they can only deliver it by June 11, 2026. The assistant manager talked to me but the appliance employee still hung around. I told him what happened and he looked like he didn't want to deal with this guy. I have done business with this store in the past and me and my family were treated with respect. After serving 40 years in the military and proud veteran, me and my family were treated by this employee of; Stereotyping customers Abandoned workstation while customers are waiting Harassing customers by hanging around them Lying to customers Disrespectful to customers especially veterans Employee doesn't care about his customers purchasing store merchandise Assistant manager didn't seem he wanted to fix the situation I called today on 4 June and the employees can't locate the manager. This store states that they care about customers especially veterans. Just by placing a parking space for veterans does not mean that it. Having employees such as their appliance salesman is totally shameless and VETERANS, I strongly encourage you to think about purchasing merchandise from this Lowe's. This will be reported to the Better Business Bureau and Lowe's Corporate Office.
