    Do not buy these refrigerator air from Lowe's. One is $24.99.  Amazon has a 6 pack for $15.99. Save that money!!! 8.16.2020

    7.10.23 Can't say Lowe's with be my first choice for appliances next time. Lowe's appliance department is the worst to get to answer the phone. Well the whole store is actually. The only time the phone gets answered is when Laura (Appliance Supervisor) is there. ***Laura is the only one who knows what is going one. I give her 5 stars, . *** The whole experience I give 1 star. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO LOWE'S. They use to be top notch. Now they are at the bottom of the barrel. And the Lowe's delivery is beyond HORRIBLE. -10 stars. My 4 new appliances were delivered Friday, 7.7.2023. The microwave, and the refrigerator was not damaged BUT the range and the dishwasher were damaged. Extremely damaged. An exchange was done by Lowe's to get new ones delivered on Monday., 7.10.2023. I DID NOT receive a delivery time call window and I DID NOT get a call from the delivery guy that he was going to be here in X amount of minutes. They just showed up. Since Lowe's did the exchange they did not add the power cord for the range. So the rude delivery guy left my range in the middle of the walk way and the dishwasher in the entry hallway. He told me to just go to Lowe's and pick one up. I was still talking to him and he ran down my driveway to his truck (saying I'm just delivery) and jumped in and drove off. The icing on the cake was this delivery guy was so eager to get out of here he forgot to take the damaged appliance with him. -BONUS you will be coming back!!! (Better be before trash day!) I am on the phone with the Lowe's delivery as I write this review and it is a 30 minute wait time. I'm 16 minutes into the call and i am getting more pissed off as I sit on hold. So it would be better for Lowe's to answer soon. I think it is totally ridiculous that you have to buy the power cord separate from the range. Just another way to get you to spend more money. (Like the range and other appliances were not expensive enough!) After 22 minutes on hold I FINALLY got someone to answer my call. The lady on the phone said she could make a claim but it will be at least 24 hours. Someone called me back later that afternoon to book an appointment for "hook up" of the range. She said the delivery guys should have done this. (DUH!) She also said someone else would call me to set the appointment for the dishwasher install. Of course they both could not be done the same day. One on Wednesday and dishwasher on Thursday. Today (Wednesday) the guys came to pick up the damaged dishwasher and install the power cord to the range. (These are different guys than the ones running down my driveway.) These guys said they don't know why they did not do the hook up on the range because EVERY TRUCK has extra power cords. (I'm just shaking my head) It took them less than 5 minutes to load the other damaged appliance and do the hook up on the range. Dishwasher install was the next day, Thank heavens it was not damaged and everything went smoothly! WE'RE finally done with Lowe's Appliance department. This is another company that once they get your money they just don't give a crap about how your service is afterwards.

    Paint shaking audience

    I needed 5 small samples of an exact color matched paint. I realize this is not the most fun order... After picking my samples and bringing them to the counter, my young best daughter asked me if she could watch, but mentioned she couldn't see. I started to walk her around to the other side of the counter so she could see a little better, when Maria shared she could come behind the desk with her. Before she started, she said "want to grab your sister, too?" She then showed the girls how to scan swatches, push buttons, drop the colors and shake the cans. They were so excited and it completely changed their outlook on an errand with mom today. Thank you Maria for taking the time to share your knowledge and make a mundane task exciting for my girls.

    Alright, I'm updating my review from a year ago. Today a gentleman definitely showed exceptional service with it being 34° degrees and with some intense rain and wind. He offered to help us load a lawnmower into our car and it was definitely a struggle, but he executed all the way through in the bad weather. I'm quite impressed and also so grateful for Nick's service. Also, today I was in the garden center looking at the new pallet of plants they recently took off the truck. So many varieties and nice quality plants! Super impressed! A gentleman came and greeted me and conversed with me all the popular house plants people are currently obsessed with. Such a nice helpful gentleman! This currently is my new and local Lowe's, and though my first experience here was not so great, these guys really made up for it!

    That is the worse Home Improvement Store to go to. Horrible Customer Service. Mangers are never around they just don't want to help you. They don't answer phones. Don't waste your time going there. Go to Home Depot way better Customer service. Lowe's Store# 2371 14128 Cypress Rosehill Road. Cypress Tx. 77429. Do not go there it's a circus

    Don't buy paint here they can't mix 2 cans the same will only refund the miss tint even if you need to re paint a whole room due either machine problem which they are aware of or paint specialist that aren't paint specialist could probably only mix a basic drink of that

The employee on the phone was nice and said they do accept UPS packages. Upon arriving the worker immediately says oh that looks like a UPS package. I immediately knew what she was about to tell me. I told her I called before making the drive and the employee that answered told me they did accept UPS. All she said was "well he lied" and looked away annoyed. I'm disappointed I made the drive for nothing especially when I made sure to confirm with the store directly beforehand. Make sure all your employees are informed and on the same page!!! Extremely inconvenient.

I went in for pool supplies which is a good deal. We left with home made sour candy and stuff for the pool. The second employee was very helpful he was a man the first employee a woman was not helpful she ran right pasted me. A customer helped me when that lady ignored me. The woman at the cash register she was a sweet heart. I really want the butterfly pin and the blue bird pocket bird. My nana loved butterflies she died in 2008 and my neighbor Lottie loved birds we bonded over it she just passed.

He said it's used and I don't have a receipt. I am part of ace rewards and all transactions are held in the system, which he refused to took up. When I pleaded my case he threatened to call the cops on me. I did not cuss or raise my voice. I had purchased over $300 from Ace in the past month and he thought returning a $25 item was unreasonable. It us unimaginable that Jeramie is in charge of customer service. I will never shop at this store again.

I have had bad experiences with hardware stores as a woman lol. As soon as I walked into your store Jeremy greeted me with a huge smile and a friendly "Hello, how can I help you?" While I fished the screw / bolt thing from my pocket, another smiling face came to greet me (Valerie). I explained to them that I didn't know what the size or what it was called , but i did know that i needed 28 of them. Jeremy gave me a friendly smile and Valerie smiled and put her hand out & immediately said " Right this way." She was quick to help, kept the conversation light and was so friendly. Definitely gave me small town vibes and reminded me of home. I come from a small town where there are more cows than people. This was refreshing for Houston. My trip was quick and painless! Until I was almost finished with my project and realized I needed the same bolt/screw but slightly longer. So, I made the trip back to your store and as soon as I walked in, I got the same friendly service from another employee. Jeremy came from around the corner and recognized me and said, "Welcome back." I said yall were so nice i had to come twice LOL. He helped me get exactly what I needed, and Valerie saw me walking through the store and greeted me once again. These are small things but are so meaningful and set your business apart from The Home Depot / Lowe's etc. You have two great employees in Valerie & Jeremy. Please do something nice for them because when you have happy employees, they will make sure your customers are happy too. I will be visiting your store for all of my future hardware purchases.     Worried so far. Ordered a 5k order of residential lawnmower, trailer, and other things same day…read moredelivery, by the cutoff time despite having to call the online customer support to finish the order. Was given the number to the store that would be handling the order and delivery. six hours later, no online change of tracking information just "being prepared", I call the store to find out the manager cant tell me when the order will be delivered, and all i can do is wait for a call from the driver, of which she also didnt know when that would be. She tells me the store is backed up with 50 other orders, and they only have one driver and it will take the big truck. One driver? One delivery driver? No automatic relay of the order to another location that can handle the delivery and has the items in stock? Just left in total darkness without any idea at that location or the online customer service that i called again to see if they had any insight. all they could do is call the store themselves and heard the same story verifying that it is typical and is a corporate policy to only have 1 delivery driver at each location. thats embarrassing, and certainly not local store management fault. I'm worried about if i will get a complete mower in new condition.. so much for same day delivery, at least the guy online waived the 70 dollar delivery fee. no prioritization of large dollar items, no update or sms messages updating any change in delivery or status of delivery either online or via sms. Sitting here a day later with "wait for a call from the delivery driver" as my answer. I wanted to avoid this whole thing with the big box stores and look at what i stepped into... WE WILL SEE... I will be glad to turn this review into a glowing praise of Kiera and the TSC team at the Katy location and corporate policy that hobbles them,, but so far? Keeping my fingers crossed but not hopeful. UPDATE: later this morning get a text message stating delivery is on its way.. estimated arrival by 2pm YES!!!! EXCITED!!!,,, oh then i go online a little later in the day, and its now by 5pm... hmmmm...... such a good feeling to then be ZOINK,, not so fast buddy.. still keeping fingers crossed.. will let you know how it goes.. very hopeful though, c'mon Kiera.. kick it for me!! I know y'all can do it!!! -------LAST UPDATE-----SUCCESS!!! A day after order the mower arrived with everything else in perfect condition, new, gleaming glorious and glowing. I stand and applaud the team at Katy on FM1434 and bow to the excellence exhibited by Kiera, manager of the Garden and Tractor department for pulling that off for me. The delivery driver was a good guy and gave me the option to deliver around 7 or the next morning. Very cool. Excellence all around and Im now glad that I purchased this and chose the delivery option at this Tractor Supply Co location. Happy customer! Will certainly do business again. I need some trees.

    I don't know why I keep coming to this place. Every time I come they don't smile at all. The only…read morepeople who smiles are the men who work at the back of the store. This time I called and asked if they had a certain item in the store and of course the answer was no and she hung up not even saying thank you for calling tractor supply or anything not even goodbye. I'm telling you these people who work at the front these ladies are rude. I'm not coming back and I'll make sure that my husband doesn't shop there anymore and my sons and I'm talking about my whole family who all goes there.
